Pros:

Excellent stay – highly recommended!
We stayed at this property for 5 days and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is excellent, very close to Monastiraki Metro Station, with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The neighborhood also felt very safe. Highly recommended!

Pros:

È stato tutto perfetto. L’accoglienza da parte di Falia è stata splendida, non ci ha fatto mancare nulla e ci ha fatto sempre sentire la sua “vicinanza” nonostante non ci sia stato bisogno di nulla. La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima per visitare Atene a piedi. Il quartiere è molto vivace e autentico, ma noi ci siamo sempre sentiti molto tranquilli e, anzi, abbiamo apprezzato molto l’autenticità della zona. Inoltre, ci sono molti bar e ristoranti molto frequentati, per cui ci sono sempre persone per strada. L’appartamento si presenta come nelle foto, pulito, spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario. Difficile trovare di meglio!

Pros:

De locatie van het appartement is perfect. Midden in wijk Psyrri achter Monastiraki. Een gezellige plek midden tussen leuke restaurants, ontbijtplekken en cafés. De host was zeer vriendelijk en gaf snel antwoord op onze vragen. De studio was comfortabel en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Een aanrader!

Best holydays since a decade.
Pros:

Falia, our hostess waited to welcome us at our arrival.
The appartement was super clean and was matching the pictures we saw on the website.
Also we were nearby everything important for us to see and visit and take our chance to get everywhere by walk and we suceed.
Falia was available to answer with great efficiency to our questions,
She gave us some suggestions when we asked for roof top to be great at night and to get on for brunch. We took her suggestions and were delighted with the restaurant wich were ,again, exaclty as she describes to us for the cooking, the hosting and the view.

Consigliatissimo!
Pros:

Ottima posizione, zona viva ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa. Tutti i punti di interesse raggiungibili a piedi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Stanza comoda e pulita. Semplice il self check in e possibilità di lasciare i bagagli. Host molto disponibile

Ηταν ολα τελεια,μπορει να ειχε αρκετη ζεστη οταν μπηκαμε μεσα αλλα με το κλιματιστικο ηταν ολα τελεια!
Πεντακαθαρο , αναπαυτικο κρεβατι , ωραιο μπανιο !
Επισης bonus ειναι οτι μας περιμενε ενα μπουκαλι νερο και ενα μπουκαλι χυμος ως καλωσορισμα!
Σιγουρα θα το επισκεφτουμε ξαναα!

Great stay close to everything
Pros:

Great location, host was super responsive, and the room was a great size for 2 on top of being perfectly clean. The host was amazingly sweet and created a honeymoon welcome package for us before we left for the islands. 10/10 would stay here again!

Cons:

The bed was a tad firm for my partner but I enjoyed it
