Wer etwas ganz Besonderes, Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft Antares besteht aus nur 3 Doppelzimmern. Diese sind liebevoll im Boho-Style eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon mit Tischchen und Stühlen und einem grandiosen Meerblick. Außerdem gibt es einen wunderschönen Poolbereich mit schönen Pflanzen, Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren die ersten Tage die einzigen Gäste und hatten das ganze Gelände für uns und haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber Roula und David waren immer dezent im Hintergrund und bei Anfragen per WhatsApp oder Telefon stets präsent für jedes Anliegen und gaben uns wertvolle Tipps für schöne Strände und tolle Restaurantempfehlungen. Roula besorgte für uns extra eine Geburtstagstorte zum Frühstück. Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns die liebenswerte Hündin Olia, die unsere Herzen im Sturm eroberte. Wer etwas ganz Besonderes, Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Cons:

Wer Probleme mit Treppensteigen hat, sollte wissen, dass das Haus über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen ist. Das liegt daran, dass das Haus leicht nach hinten versetzt liegt. Der Vorteil dadurch ist der grandiose Meerblick und man entflieht dem Verkehrslärm.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Antares. We were attending a wedding at the Ekatarini Estate and the hotel is perfectly located for that.
The location gives spectacular views and is very peaceful and calm. Our room was uniquely decorated and very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Auch für alleinreisende Frauen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl & gut gehoben gefühlt.
Pros:

Eine aufmerksame, fürsorgliche & zugleich dezente Gastgeberin. Der wundervolle Blick auf das Meer. Das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück (nicht in Übernachtung enthalten).

Wonderful
Pros:

The owners were just a delight. Extremely helpful, courteous, and went out of their way to accommodate our needs.

Cons:

The property is hillside so the entranceway had many stairs. We are an older couple and had no issues, but I would be wary if steps are a concern.

Fantastisk, underbar vecka på ett annorlunda boende.
Pros:

Trevligt och speciellt inredda rum med underbar balkong med utsikt över havet. Morgonens soluppgång över de Albanska bergen - fantastisk
Lugnt och fridfullt, nära till det mesta. Värdparet fantastiska och vi beställde frukost som vi fick serverat exakt på överenskommen tidpunkt - perfekt. De rekommenderade stränder, restauranger - det man behöver.

Has potential but a disappointment

Sehr ruhig, privat und trotzdem familiär
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. David und Rola sind sehr nette Menschen und kümmern sich liebevoll um das Haus, den Garten und alles Drumherum. Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt!

Veldig autentisk og sjarmerende gjestehus med nær tilgang til alle fasiliteter du trenger🥰👌

Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme verter! De svarte rask om vi hadde noen spørsmål og kom med gode tips til restauranter vi kunne prøve👌 var det noe vi manglet, så var de raske med å hjelpe oss med det også!

Sjarmerende og koselige rom med en liten balkong utenfor☺️ rommene bar et lite preg av Argentinsk sjarm og stil blandet med gresk atmosfære🥰 deilig med et basseng og solsenger med parasoll for å avkjøle seg om vi ikke orket å bevege oss til stranden.

Kort avstand til Bernitses som hadde flere restauranter, butikker og muligheter for leie av transport👌 det gikk også busser til både Bernitses og Corfu by med holdeplass like ved👌

Cons:

Savnet et gangfelt på noe av veien til Bernitses eller for å ta bussen inn til Corfu by. Veien var til tider trafikkert og da var det litt utfordrende å krysse veien. Anbefaler å leie et transportmiddel for å komme seg rundt! Vi benyttet oss av Auto Moto i Bernitses der de hadde gode priser med trygge og vedlikeholdte kjøretøy👌

Outstanding guesthouse with pool and excellent hosts - highly recommend!
Pros:

Wonderful guesthouse with amazing hosts, Rula and David were so helpful and kind. Rula even took us to her favourite restaurant which we greatly enjoyed. We had a fabulous time there and highly recommend them!

Lovely view, disappointing hospitality
Pros:

- Despite our very late arrival due to a delayed flight, the host was flexible and did not charge any extra fee for the late check-in, which we appreciated.
– The pool and the view from the correct apartment (the one we originally booked) were truly beautiful — a highlight of the stay.
– There is a bus stop nearby, which makes it possible to reach Corfu town by public transport.

Cons:

– Upon arrival, we were not given the room we had booked through Booking. For the first night, we were placed in a room located on the side of the house, where the view was nowhere near what was shown in the photos of the reserved apartment. Instead of a full sea and pool view, we only had a partial glimpse of the sea from a narrow angle.
– When we raised the issue with the host, they blamed Booking and said they would "look into it." Eventually, we were moved to the room we had originally reserved, but no apology or gesture of goodwill was offered.
– Both rooms (including the one we had booked) were very small, with extremely limited storage. There was only one hook for hanging clothes and one trash bin, which was never emptied during our 4-day stay.
– The property is accessed via a long staircase, which was not mentioned in the description — this can be important for families with young children or guests with mobility issues.
– Reaching the nearest beach on foot requires walking along a very busy main road without a sidewalk, which felt quite dangerous.
– On the day of departure, even though our flight was in the evening, we were not offered any option to store our luggage. The host simply sent a WhatsApp message telling us to check out by 10:00 AM.
– Interestingly, after we raised the issue about not getting the correct room, a new photo showing the "side view" we experienced suddenly appeared on the Booking listing — a picture that had not been there before.
– We chose this accommodation based on its extremely high rating, but in our experience, the service and overall value did not live up to the score. Given the shortcomings and the lack of hospitality, we found the place to be overpriced and underwhelming.

Geweldig!
Pros:

We hebben super dagen hier gehad, de gastheer/mevrouw waren echt heel lief en hielpen je bij alles. Het uitzicht was echt geweldig, en het was allemaal super schoon. We hebben hier enorm genoten van alles en zijn heerlijk tot rust gekomen.

Exceptional place to stay
Pros:

Beautiful view, amazing location convenient for getting around due to close proximity to bus stop and corfu town. Staff very friendly and gave nice reccomendations and help whenever needed. Definitely worth the visit.

Great location, peaceful with great view. Fantastic hosts.
Pros:

The apartment is nicely designed, its very clean. Location is good for visiting other parts of island. The owners are very considerate and helpful. We were able to park our hire car at the front of the property. Stunning view from our own balcony. The mosquito screen was a great help. Thank you
