Tolles Hotel, einfach aber sehr sauber. Nettes Personal.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das ganze Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Ich war als Frau alleine im Hotel gewesen und habe mich zu jederzeit sicher gefühlt.

Cons:

Die Musik am Pool war teilweise zu laut und zu lange. War im Zimmer zu hören. Den einen Abend ging die Musik bis weit nach 23:00. hier sollte früher Schluss gemacht werden, da ja eh nichts mehr um die Uhrzeit am Pool los ist.

La propreté de la piscine, changement de serviettes tout les jours.

Cons:

Serveurs voleurs avec moi et d’autres touristes français. Ne rend pas la monnaie, j’ai été obliger de me plaindre à la réception, et quand il l’a rendais ne rendais pas la totalité.
Très insistants au niveau des regards et des demandes de se voir en dehors de l’hôtel pour boire un café ou sortir malgré les nombreuses réponses négatives. Un serveur s’est même permis de venir toquer à ma chambre à 23h, ce à quoi j’ai dû contacter la réception.
Maitre nageur tout aussi insistant, propose des massages, demande le numéro de chambre, insiste même lorsqu’on répond de manière désintéressée et ferme.
Odeur malodorante et persistante dans la salle de bain malgré le passage quotidien des femmes de ménages.
Impossible de voir un responsable durant le séjour pour parler de ces comportements et situations inappropriés
C’est très dommage car l’hôtel a du potentiel et est très bien situé.

Pire séjour de notre vie.
Pros:

Rien le personnel est froid, pas chaleureux

Cons:

Les chambres sales, mal isolée, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas durant tout le séjour, les serviettes pleines de taches, un gel douche pour deux pour toute la semaine. Le petit déjeuner répétitif et horrible en terme de goût. Franchement pour en avoir fait des hôtels c’était le pire à fuir. Des cautions imposée pour les serviettes au bout du 3ème jour a la tête du client. Vraiment à fuir.

Good VfM, decent pool and breakfast, staff a bit hit-and-miss, location a little far out
Pros:

Pool was decent and the breakfast was not bad. They have a crêpe and pancake station, which was a nice touch. Room was always well cleaned and tidy. Reception and cleaning staff were always helpful, albeit not very chirpy.

Cons:

We had issues with a couple of the waiting staff - one in particular, who my friend and I both had words with about his rudeness. On our first night, they were not attentive when we tried to buy wine and the rude waiter was very difficult, somewhat incompetent and raised his voice to me, which I found unacceptable. I witnessed that female visitors were treated with much more hospitality and enthusiasm than us as two men. Generally, the alcohol selection is poor. On another note, the pool has music blaring out most of the day, which is nice if you're up for a party but not when you want a nap.

La sympathie du personnel: du gardien a l acceuil au serveur.
Les chambres sont très bien entretenue merite un 4 étoiles sur djerba.
