A cozy appartment, warm, clean, kitchen well equipped but with many downsides!
For the first time in many years of going to Austria this was the first location that did not offered towels or bath ropes for the sauna, moreover we were charged for the second set, so we had to manage with them for the entire stay or wash them ourselves!! The sauna is shared with the whole building and you had to register to rezerve a slot for yourself and if you are the first you have to wait for the sauna to warm up while is not compleatly isolated so no the best sauna conditions. No toilet paper refill. No lamps in the second bedroom and a very small room for 2 adults. Plus additional charge for our dog. Plus the owners insisted a bit too much to come and collect the extra charges. So.in the end we did not get the value for the money spent and unfortunelly we do not recomand this location. It was the fist time we were disappointed by the conditions in Austria.

Wir hatten das Appartment mit Bergblick und kleiner Terasse, welches direkt am Fluss gelegen ist. Alles war sehr sauber und trotz Last-Minute-Buchung rechtzeitig hergerichtet. Auch für unseren Hund wurden ein Hundebett und Näpfe bereit gestellt. Im Haus befindet sich eine Sauna, die jederzeit zur Verfügung steht. Da wir zu einem sehr ruhigen Zeitpunkt des Jahres Gäste waren, konnten wir die Sauna auch jeden Tag ohne andere Urlauber nutzen.
Der Verkehr ist trotz der Lage doch stärker als erwartet. Da das Schlafzimmer zur Straße liegt, hört man am Morgen die vorbeifahrenden Autos. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist dies allerdings kein Problem.

Cool apartments for a family. Very clean and cozy! 5 min to a ski-resort by car.
Had a great New Year celebration there!
Sauna is shared with all the flats so you have to sign in for a particular time.
Only one toilet for the 4-person apartment, sadly
Everything was really Good
Well !! Its just me maybe, because I am coming from a place with Hot weather.. A/C or FANs availability is needed as we were feeling a bit warm there.
Also there is no elevator so all luggage has to be carried to the upper floors.
But rest was good :-)
Modern good quality apartment
Pillows were too large, 100 percent polyester. Comforters were also not natural and too warm.
I was given early check in (11 - 12) without any extra fees and easily accessible to self check in. The apartment has good furniture and equipped with modern kitchen.
It doesn’t have neither AC nor Vans. Hence, it was not comfortable during the day time. Also , the accommodation doesn’t have Elevator. I was given apartment mainly on the first floor facing main street which was noisy. The rental fee was extremely exaggerated compared to the sounding apartments. It doesn’t have all the listed amenities.
