Pros:

The apartment was clean and has all the facilities that were announced (kitchen, bathroom, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and so on, and everything worked fine. Beds were comfortable.
There is a big and good supermarket in front of the appartment
It's quite close to the city center. You can go there just walking. A metro station is just 5 minutes walking from the apartament

Cons:

The photos you can see in booking are not accurate. While seeing those pictures everything seems bigger and more spectacular than it is in reality. Despite of that, the apartment is confortable and met our needs
When I made the reservation it wasn't clear to me that the desk closes at 17pm. The hotel said they are available until 23pm but at 17pm the desk closes and you have to call them to access to the apartment (I don't really know how good is that way because I arrived on time to be attended in person in the desk)

Apartament naprawdę duży. Kuchnia super wyposażona. Wielki taras. Znakomita baza wypadowa do zwiedzania. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą

Una vez adentro todo bien. La entrada un dolor de cabeza.
Pros:

El departamento es amplio y bien equipado.

Cons:

La recepcion del Hotel es practicamente inexiatente. Casi siempre cerrada de noche y de dia. Reclamaban pago cuando la eatancia estaba pagada. Decian que debia pasar por la recepcion pero no habia nadie para atender. La llegada a las 10 de la noche un rompecabezas, obligan a llamar por telefono y seguir instrucciones.

Me dieron un apartamento en otro edificio
Pros:

Me dieron un apartamento entero, cuando yo había reservado una habitación de hotel con cocina, por lo que fue mejor de lo que esperaba. Eran unos apartamentos que están detrás del supuesto hotel. Todo estaba limpio.

Cons:

Se llama hotel, pero no tienen recepción todo el tiempo. El día que me iba necesitaba dejar las maletas hasta las 13h y pensaba que podía hacerlo en la recepción del hotel, pero nos la encontramos cerrada y al llamar al teléfono de contacto no me dieron ninguna solución. Tuvimos que dejar las llaves en un buzón. Y eso que tienen un cartel en la calle que pone que la recepción está de 9h a 17h, pero es mentira.

La cocina estaba limpia, hay una cafetera, un microondas, las camas aunque básicas eran cómodas y las sábanas muy limpias. Cerca del
Metro y del súper

Cons:

El suelo del baño - mejor ducharse en chanclas, la alfombra de la habitación estaba bastante sucia

Just a clean place to sleep and shower. No stand outs. No customer service…we almost ran out of loo paper!

Cerca del metro, situado en zona tranquila

Está situado a 3 minutos andando del metro, en zona tranquila
El mobiliario es relativamente nuevo con horno, cocina vitro, pequeño lavavajillas, luces táctiles.. suficiente para pasar unos días

Las camas no nos han resultado cómodas del todo
Se nos hacía raro que algunos días salíamos del hotel y cuando volvíamos estaba la basura cambiada, lo cual no entendíamos, ya que no se hacía nada más en el apartamento e independientemente de que la hubiéramos sacado nosotros
