Lovely scenic spot overlooking Abelaki bay. Great backdrop framed by Pindus mountains on the mainland.
There are several walks around the various headlands in the North of Meganisi.
Very close to Vathy (only a short stroll down the hill)
The hotel has only a few rooms which we liked. They are modern and kept immaculately clean. Breakfast was prepared for us by the very friendly chef. Homemade granola and very tasty croissants and fresh orange juice. There was a cooked option if had wanted it.
We were picked up from the port.
Unfortunately, the beach bar/cafe was closed when we arrived and we were told this was because of the recent bad weather and that it would remain closed as it was near the end of season. There were therefore no seats or sunbeds by the beach as they had all been put away and of course no cocktails, lunch or dinner as described by other guests. This wasn’t a major issue as there a plenty of excellent restaurants in Vathy. The wifi was a bit hit and miss in the hotel and there is no phone reception in the bay or by the beach because it is nestled between two hills.
The actual room was quite small and the bed filled most of the room. On the other hand the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large with modern fixtures and fittings.
When the sun did come out it in the afternoon it was behind the hotel and the balcony was mostly in shade. One can’t have everything!
Amazing location with exceptional breakfast
Nothing to not like, looking forward to visiting again
Lovely spacious rooms, beautiful views, plentiful breakfast, quality linens
Promised bar and restaurant were closed down , lacking promised facilities such as coffee machine, basic sundries, _ tea, coffee, water etc.
No chairs/beds at private beach as they had been stored away. No staff at hotel to assist as they are only there to serve breakfast. When missing items were brought to attention of staff on first morning, they still did not appear the next day.
Not enough beds/chairs at the pool, and nowhere to put them if there had been as limited space around the pool area, most of outside area was in shade.
Doporučuji.
The location, the peace, delicious breakfast on the beach, friendly staff. The proximity to the shops and restaurants of Vathi. The best of both worlds!
The steps around the swimming pool were slippery and the edges unmarked.
Location was beautiful, just over the hill from the port - only 5 mins walk.
Had its own tiny beach and cove. Breakfast on the first day was served by the water, which was lovely.
Room was spotlessly clean with comfy bed.
Patio balcony had an amazing view over the cove.
Breakfast of hot croissants, fruit and yoghurt with cooked eggs.
Staff very friendly, Paris made a great omelette!
Would have preferred breakfast by the beach every day as the courtyard area was right by the rooms and quite cramped/noisy with all guests present.
Bar prices very very expensive, but many bars and restaurants within a few mins walk.
Staff were the best you could want, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive.
Nothing
Beautiful location overlooking a quiet bay and only a 10 minute walk into the pretty town of Vathy.
Room balcony had an amazing view of the bay, we enjoyed the peace and quiet in the late afternoon sunshine.
Breakfast was served down by the sea. The choice was small but more than adequate - fresh orange juice, Greek yogurt with fruit, nuts and honey, eggs various delicious ways, bakery basket and coffee.
There are sun loungers on the small pebbled beach and access to the sea was easy with swim shoes.
For a small fee we were picked up and dropped off at the ferry port in Spilia.
Nikolas and his team looked after us really well. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to return.
The only feedback we have is that a small safe in the room would be useful n
Location was great especially as there are steps down to Vathi. Turn right out of entrance and 100 yards on left are the steps. The only downside was that the standard double room is very small, but with a massive bathroom, disproportionate.
The sunbeds are so uncomfortable, they need to supply cushions on them. Breakfast was great but be aware that only filter coffee is included. We were not told this and ordered Americano's each morning and then was charged for it. No tea on offer for breakfast for the brits, so take your own teabag down to breakfast.
Overall it was a lovely hotel, just needs a few tweeks.
Molto bravo il ragazzo che ci ha accolto alla reception Nikolas molto gentile e Professionale. Grazie Claudio e Giovanna
Niente soggiorno troppo breve 1 notte per dare giudizi negativi.
Everything about this hotel is perfect. The location, the cleanliness, the service and the facilities. Gorgeous pool, Lovely staff & Very quiet place but still very close to Vathi. A 2 minute scooter ride to be exact.
Rooms were absolutely clean and beautiful. The view is amazing and the balconies are the perfect spots for a peaceful drink at night.
We really enjoyed the breakfast as well and the beachfront, which contains a cantina called llama 67. They serve lunch and breakfast.
Although our stay was short we absolutely loved it and are definitely coming back again.
Most perfect getaway.
Lovely location in a small secluded bay behind Vathy town. Liked the architecture and landscaping - especially the way it subtly blended into the hillside. Fun burger/pizza van in the bay beneath olive trees and twinkling lights next to the water. Great music. A romantic setting for supper. Helpful friendly staff. Good value. Loved the bathroom and balcony of our room and that it got the last of the sunlight.
The bedroom was unexpectedly tiny (room III). I would have happily paid more for a larger room if I had known. Or given an option via booking.com
