Didnt like the overall experience
Pros:

The architecture is good, but the stuff are mostly concerned about cleaning the pool, which is being cleaned almost all day. Very strange working ours of the pool. Always want to be quiet as in a library. Breakfast is poor and they even don’t have a coffee, before 8 a.m., no matter they are inside the facility, they stay there locked and dont commnicate when you knock on the glass door.

Odalar her gün çok iyi bir şekilde temizleniyor. Oda temizliği ile ilgilenen personele çok teşekkür ediyorum. Havuzun kullanımı harika. Denize yürüme mesafesinde ve Denizi güzel. kendi şemsiyenizi atabiliyorsunuz. sakin huzurlu bir konum. kahvaltısı gayet iyi ve yeterli. Hemen yanında kendine ait otoparkı var. Tekrar gelmeyi planladığımız bir yer.

A fost excelent! Locație perfectă, apartamentul modern, o piscină unde te poți relaxa după-amiaza, mic dejun variat și o cafea excelentă servită la masă. Personalul de nota 10 și nu în ultimul rând curățenia.... felicitări doamnelor care lasă totul ca nou!!! Merită să alegeți locația.

Очаровани сме от обслужването, от професионалното отношение на Теодор. Благодарим сърдечно! На самия бряг на морето- отлична закуска, смяна на кърпите всеки ден и почистване на стаята. На 50м се намира и таверна с много добра кухня.

Als wir ein Hotel für zwei Personen mit einem zweijährigen Kind suchten, war uns der Preis nicht so wichtig. Uns war vor allem wichtig, dass alles reibungslos und zuverlässig ablief, schließlich reist man mit einem Kleinkind weite Strecken.

Wir entschieden uns für dieses Hotel. Am Tag vor unserer Ankunft erhielten wir eine Nachricht mit der Ankunftszeit, damit unser Zimmer fertig sein würde. Ich antwortete zwischen 14 und 15 Uhr. Am nächsten Tag kamen wir pünktlich zwischen 14 und 15 Uhr an. Man erwartete uns, als hätten wir alle Zeit der Welt und wären von der 1400 km langen Reise nicht erschöpft.

Nach einer Weile überprüfte der Herr unsere Reservierung und teilte uns mit, dass unser Zimmer frei sei. Mit vollen Händen und Gepäck, inklusive Kind, gingen wir müde in unser Zimmer, das gerade gereinigt wurde. Die Dame sagte, es würde 30 Minuten dauern, also mussten wir mit dem Kind in der Sonne warten, bis es fertig war.

Das Personal war äußerst unhöflich und verantwortungslos. Die Bedingungen für ein Kleinkind waren völlig unzureichend, daher brachen wir unseren Urlaub nach zwei Nächten ab, bezahlten das Hotel und fuhren nach Hause. Ich schrieb dem Hotel eine E-Mail mit der Bitte um eine Rückerstattung zumindest für die zwei bereits bezahlten Nächte, erhielt aber die Antwort, dies sei nicht möglich.
Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen (wir haben viel Geld dafür bezahlt und nichts dafür bekommen, nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung).

Ставрос е чудесно място за почивка.
Pros:

Хотела е на първа линия, близо до центъра на Ставрос, много чист, стилен и спокоен. Закуската е чудесна.

Cons:

Няма нищо което да не ни е харесало.
