Sehr schön, ruhig, sauber
Pros:

Freundlich, sauber, tolle Lage. Der Parkplatz war nicht zugänglich und wir bekamen in der Nähe einen, den wir nach etwas nachfragen auch nicht extra zahlen mussten.

Cons:

Das Restaurant war 2 Tage nicht offen. Am letzten Tag kam die Köchin extra nur für uns. Tolles Essen!
Das Zimmer wurde nir auf Nachfrage gereinigt.

Ich würde es nicht nochmal machen.

Das Personal ist unglaublich net und zuvorkommend!

Cons:

Die Zimmer wahren dreckig. Die Toiletten sind nicht befestigt. Die Fenster sind nicht isoliert und man hört die ganze Nacht den Fluss. Es ist wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.

Very good view to have breakfast on the rooftop of the building. The lady help us take picture with the best angle.
Pros:

Warm welcome by the lady, she didn’t speak much English but try very her best to communicate with us and teach us some useful Spanish.

Cons:

The window at the bathroom is too small for ventilation. After shower, many water vapours in the bathroom.

Great hotel in a great location - friendliest staff!
Pros:

This was a great hotel. The staff was courteous and friendly, they even swapped beds for us since one of my travel partners is very tall. The view can't be beat and the breakfast was made to order by a very friendly woman.

Cons:

I wouldn't change anything.

Herzliches und sehr bemühtes Personal, gute zentrale Lage

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Badezimmer. Es klebte Popel an den Fliesen, der Duschvorhang voll mit schwarzem Schimmel, der Toilettensitz extrem unbequem. Das Badezimmer ist leider nur provisorisch vom Hauptzimmer, dem Schlafraum, mit einer Holzvorrichtung abgetrennt. Dadurch entsteht leider unglaublich viel Luftfeuchtigkeit und Schimmel sowohl im Bad als auch im Hauptraum. Auch das Lüften im Hauptraum ist kaum möglich, da gegen Ende März/ Anfang April der direkt nebendran gelegene Urumbamba River (starke Strömung) zusätzlich zur hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer beiträgt.
