Unfortunately nothing because the owner was totally uncommunicative and stay had to be cancelled when they failed to provide neither us, nor Booking.com, any response to the request for apartment access information - i.e. the code to the lock box for the keys.
It looked good on Booking.com, would have been a great location and is such a shame the owner failed to answer their phone or messages over many days of chasing.
The owner never provided the code to the lock box and this was despite booking.com and myself chasing for details well over a week before. On the arrival day, still the details were not provided and so booking.com gave the owner a last chance. When messages were still ignored, booking.com had to help us find alternative accommodation. So this choice proved highly stressful and extremely disappointing. The only contact we had from the owner was late afternoon on the day before, asking for passport images and payment of city tax up front, which breaks Booking.com rules but we were willing to attempt this but it proved impossible as the owner only provided a Romanian bank account with insufficient detail, and no way to send passport images (Booking.com blocks images in their messaging). Also my bank confirmed it was insufficient detail and time to make payment. Despite calling the owner about this, and offering to pay cash on arrival, we got only promises from someone else who took one of our calls and he assured us the codes would be supplied "tomorrow", which was a promise that was never kept. All I can say positively is that Booking.com were excellent at chasing the owners and confirmed we'd done everything we could. Eventually Booking.com refunded our money and sought alternative accommodation. I think it's really sad that the owners failed us; we'd have loved to stay there and recommend it to others, but we gave them every chance to communicate with us - we left emails, voicemails and messages. Even since the booking we've heard nothing from the owners or any of their contacts.

Obiekt bardzo brudny,zaniedbany, nic się nie zgadza z opisem, pluskwy w obiekcie, innne robaki też, koszmar, zero kontaktu z właścicielką, nie odpowiada na wiadomości na bookingu, nie odpowiada na wiadomości na Whatsapp mimo że widać że przeczytała. Nigdy więcej.
The apartment is in a perfect location. It is big and very clean. The mattress in the bedroom is great.
We enjoyed our stay!
Everything was perfect and even better than expected — truly unbeatable. We spent two wonderful weeks there and felt even more comfortable than at home.

Locația este minunată, iar apartamentul are acel spirit al orașului istoric.
Locatie linistita situata chiar in centrul vechi al Brasovului, foarte aproape de Biserica Neagra si Piata Sfatului. Comunicarea cu proprietatea a fost excelenta!
Daca s-ar fi gasit o posibilitate ca usile de acces (mai ales cea de la intrarea in apartament) sa nu mai scartaie atunci cand sunt folosite...

Great location and nicely done property, very clean, full information provided beforehand and prompt support provided when needed.
Unfortunately we did not read the full description which said the bathroom is accessible via a shared hallway. I first thought this was within the flat. The hallway was actually not part of the flat itself and therefore it was not a heated space. Not great for a winter stay, if you need the bathroom in the night it’s just the most uncomfortable experience. Robes were provided which did not help much; guest slippers are also needed in my opinion. The service toilet was closer but still on the freezing hallway. The second night we were very cold, despite adjusting the thermostat to the required temperature.
