Pros:

Amazing hotel, great apartment with all we needed for our stay. Parking available.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The room was clean and practically new, beautiful view from the balcony.
We would definitely return.

- kleines familiengeführtes Hotel in schönster Lage von Wagrain
- sehr freundliche und sympathische Gastgeber
- sehr große, saubere und ruhige Zimmer
- traumhafter Pool- und Saunabereich
- sehr gutes Restaurant mit einem leckeren Frühstück

- es gab nichts zu meckern und macht weiter so !!!

מקום מדהים, הכל יפה וחדש, נקי ומסודר, נוף יפיפה מהמיטה! הכל שקט ומסודר, בריכה על הגג, עם סאונה , והכל משקיף על הנוף. בקיצור תענוג של מקום. נהנינו מכל שנייה שם.
ובמיוחד את השירות של הפקידת קבלה( שאני לא זוכר את שמה) שהייתה כל כך נחמדה ועזרה בכל בקשה עם חיוך ומכל הלב!!!! אז תודה לכם.

כלום, היה באמת מושלם.

מתחם חדש ונקי עם בריכה מגניבה ומיקום מעולה

Cons:

השילוב של חום וזה שאין מזגן ואין רשתות נגד יתושים מאוד מקשה לצערי על היכולת להנות . המקום חדש ונקי אבל לצערי עד שלא ישימו רשתות נגד יתושים ומאוררים לא הייתי מגיע שוב.

The hotel is incredibly clean and cozy. From the moment we arrived, we experienced a fantastic and warm welcome. It’s a beautiful, welcoming place, and we will definitely be back!

Dining
Breakfast: A bit simple/modest, but there is something for everyone, and all the food is extremely fresh.
Dinner: Great selection of meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes. The desserts are absolutely delicious!
For Kids: There is a great kids' corner and direct access to an outdoor playground, so the little ones can play while adults finish their dinner.

Pool & Spa
The views while swimming in the pool or relaxing in the sauna are simply breathtaking! You can also borrow bathrobes specifically for the pool and spa area, which is very convenient.

Room & Cleaning
Our room was spotless. Housekeeping is done every day, and everything is kept perfectly clean.

Highly recommended!

Cons:

In the kids' room, there are some awesome building blocks to play with, but a few more toys would be a great addition. There is no AC in the room, which is noticeable on hot days, but keeping the roller shutters closed helps it stay pleasantly cool.

Appartement war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr lecker. Die Inhaberin zuvorkommend und nett. Spa Bereich mit Pool und Sauna hat uns gut gefallen.
