Warm welcome
Pros:

Stayed here for several nights.
Got a warm welcome late at the evening. Room was nice with view in over backyard. Got a snack on arrival on request even if the restaurants were already closed.

Parks and metro are nearby.

Great and productive stay
Pros:

Staff were very neat, clean, consistent and everything was as promised
The cleanliness was amazing
Comfortable room and everything exceeded expectations

Cons:

Maybe wifi can be a bit unstable at some points, but to be fair we didnt ask them to do anything about it

NOTHING ...after the 3rd time stay at this hotel

Cons:

The room allotted at midnite when I was dog tired flying from delhi and checking in ..... I find the room allotted to me had electricity connectivity issues - ROOM NO 315. When i came down again at reception and said the front desk manager he didnt trust me and sent a house keeping guy to check who banged the key card and electricity was on. I finally came down and said that if they are not changing the room I will walk out from the at hotel at 12.30 am (midnite) and the they changed it to Room No 310.

I will never ever in future will stay in this hotel. Such a prime location hotel has such worst maintained rooms and the staff dont even care the hospitality of their guests at midnite during checking in.

Pros:

The location is good

Cons:

I had the deluxe suite. You cannot control the temperature on the AC so it's either on or off. There is no ceiling fan either so you have to request for a pedestal fan.

There were multiple power cuts over the course of just one day's stay.

The bathroom and the floors are not very clean and the whole room smelled of disinfectant.

The staff is not very helpful and barely know anything about their own rooms. The breakfast is not good either in terms of quality or options available.

Okay Stay, Could Be Better
Pros:

The location was excellent, being right next to my office. I also appreciated being able to use the window as a makeshift balcony for my yoga practice. The provision of unlimited water bottles was a nice touch, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was an extremely bad smell in all the shelves, making them unusable. The water flow in the bathroom was so weak that it was very difficult to take a shower, and nearly impossible to wash hair.
