Espacioso. Las personas encargadas súper amables. El barrio es súper tranquilo. A un kilómetro de la estación del metro tanto del estadio como de Laureles. Seguro y restaurantes muy buenos. Está ubicado en un lugar estratégico. Realmente volvería me sentí en casa.
Lo único es que no funcionó la lavadora.
Location was great alot of restaurant and supermarket around you can see police, security all around.
The aptm was good 3 bedroom 2 bath just like pic...
The door doesnt lock on the inside, also the windows and the balcony door, especialy if you have small children. I had to put a pottery plant in front of the door so my kids couldnt go outside.
The rooms really need some deep clean under the bed, also the shelfs.

Excelente ubicación en Laureles, muy cerca de tantos lugares, además zona tranquila se puede caminar de noche y todo bien, además tiene una excelente vista.
La atención del personal fue excepcional, el apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario, además de ser muy cómodo y con espacios bien dimensionados.

We Couldn’t at the location because they gave us an apartment that did not had a/c and was very warm. They couldn’t accommodate us in another room on the same building.
They did provided another location but charged us $470.00. An extra expense that we didn’t count on.
The properties is clean and very quiet the good thing is they offer coffee in the lobby that’s mean whenever you come you can have some coffee if you love coffee and it’s the real coffee the Colombian coffee I love it when I like more. It’s the elevator every time you go you have a sound that want you to be in peace it’s a great property. I would advise everyone to stay there.
Everything look good. I like everything only one thing that I think that’s they may need to improve. It’s having more safe inside the room

The area was nice and so much around.
The establishment did not feature the advertised beer bar and lounge area beyond the lobby, as depicted in promotional materials. The beds within the room were notably uncomfortable, the sofa exhibited significant staining and dirt, the rugs were soiled, and the bath towels possessed an abrasive texture. Furthermore, the towels and linens emitted an unpleasant odor. The kitchen was inadequately stocked with essential items, and the walls showed signs of neglect. Overall, the property demonstrated a clear need for improved maintenance.

Spacious. The unit we stayed in had 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Location was just amazing. Walking distance to a ton of great restaurants, the neighborhood was very safe and beautiful.
Didn’t have many basic things that most Airbnb’s have like coffee, extra towels or additional blankets. I understand this isn’t a typical Airbnb so just be aware when you get there. Some small repairs maybe needed in the unit that we stayed in. But otherwise the stay was pleasant.

The apartments where not in a good condition at all floors where ripped and they tried to hide it with some rugs when I sent them a picture they told me they were aware of it but didn’t fix it. In one of the rooms the shower door broke completely because it was loose from one end in one of the rooms the air didn’t work
