Vos įėjus į prieškambarį pasitiko stiprus smarvės kvapas, atsidarius nurodyto kambario duris, radome suverstą lovą ir dušo rankšluosčius panaudotus. Susisiekėme su nurodytu kontaktu ir papasakojome susiklosčiusią situaciją, paprašėme gražinti apmokėjimą ir patikinome, kad mes paliksime patalpas, tačiau pasiūlė mums kitą numerį, kuris kambarinės buvo sutvarkytas, visgi numeris buvo taip pat prasmiręs, likę prakaito dėmės lovos apmušale, bandėme ir toliau kalbėtis dėl pinigų gražinimo, tačiau sulaukėme atsakymo, kad jei atšauksime užsąkymą pinigų neatgausime, tad likome išsimaudyti ir miegojome automobilyje.

Great stay at a simple guesthouse, I felt as if architect Loos had built it.
Pros:

You can only reach the host electronically and it’s just a small guesthouse, so I was initially a bit skeptical. But communication was perfect — the host took care of everything even though he’s in another country. On the arrival day at noon the house’s electronic control failed, including the electronic lock. He quickly arranged for us to get access and gave clear, easy-to-follow instructions. By the next morning everything was repaired. You don’t always get that level of service, even when the owner is on site. The rooms aren’t new but are well maintained, tidy, and large enough so you don’t have to open suitcases on the floor (on my picture you do not see the whole room). The common areas are lovely, the kitchen adequately equipped, and the garden — including seating — is excellently kept. (do not expect modern and new furniture though - I do enjoy old yet valuable things). Everything was not just fine but cared for with attention to beauty and detail. One night later I paid almost double at a hotel and got less. Thank you, would happily stay again!

Cons:

on the negative side I've found peanuts only:
the guest fridge with drinks is so small there wasn’t a single beer;
no wine drinking glasses available;
the Wi‑Fi password wasn’t written down so I had to request it in the chat (and received it fairly quickly)

So why then no 10 points? It is because the view, however fine, does not offer view to big mountains you can enjoy from some other accomodations. Other than that: full recommendation.
