Cons:

Bathroom was very dirty. There was just one towel and wasn’t clean. One cupboard was locked. I would say the apartment was not five star as was rated online. It was rather three star.

Horrible!
Pros:

Our confirmed full paid in advance reservation was cancelled citing the reason that current occupants weren’t vacating the property!! Absolutely pathetic management! Couldn’t find us an alternate even. The only good thing about this entire experience was that the refund was processed quickly!

Cons:

Very poor processes by the property management. They should have handled this much better knowing full well that they have confirmed bookings for these dates.

Pros:

Everything was satisfactory to the level that we had extended our stay. Zohaib's team was kind enough to accommodate to our extension request for the same apartment desptie having overlapping reservations on our dates. Mehru the guest relations manager was kind. I would have given a 10 had the check inn process be made more guest friendly.

Cons:

I booked for my sister and her children visiting Pakistan. We booked at this building with a different profile. Turned out they did not have the apartment they committed and the alternative apartment was not as per our expectations. Luckily we stumbled on this profile, spoke to someone called Zohaib and ended up getting what we actually were expecting.

Pros:

Thank you for your support on such a short stay. Very helpful people and kind to accommodate last minute requests. I recommend this property to guests traveling from Europe.

Big sized apartments. Must visit if you are coming with family and children specially FuNation.
Pros:

Good stay. Definitely recommended if you are visiting Lahore and want to stay at a place with a home like comfort. Private kitchen, private lounge and a massive 1000sqft apartment with a dedicated terrace for city and night views.

Pros:

Stunning views, delicious food in the cafes within the mall. Spotless rooms & warm service. The rooms have a nice city skyline view. Recommended if you would like to stay closer to the city center. Packages and Dolmen Mall are near and so is Defence Raya. We extended our stay with the property.

Cons:

The check-in process could be made more simpler.

This property is going into my list of favourites for our staycation in Lahore.
Pros:

I self checked in quite comfortably at this property. Privacy is top notch as you do not have to encounter multiple faces and can comfortably get to your apartment without much of a hassle. Recommended for families traveling with children. FuNation is a must visit.

Superbly situated at the city center with a mega mall and lots of options for fine dining and shops.
Pros:

Stayed for a night at this place. Heavily guarded place with 24/7 security. My stay has been extended with the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast should be introduced by the property for free as it offers more value to the guests.

Absolute Luxury. Central location with a busy mall, kids zone, food courts & shopping district.
Pros:

Staff is very caring and goes above and beyond to ensure everything you need is provided on time, Kudos goes to their guest relation manager Ms. Mehrunissa. She made sure that my stay was comfortable and also extended our stay on a short notice.

Cons:

Walkability score is 10/10. There is nothing that I disliked.
