La ubicación es perfecta! Te permite estar cerca del parque sin sentir el ruido que podría llegar a tener en las noches. Es tranquilo, cómodo, la atención de Gabriel y Claudia fue espectacular, el baño amplio y la habitación muy cómoda.

De ligging van het hotel is goed, op loopafstand van het centrale plein. De kamer was schoon en groot genoeg voor 2 personen. De eigenaar was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam (en spreekt goed Engels)!! Er is water en fruit beschikbaar om te pakken

Literie confortable, propreté irréprochable, du café, de l'eau et des bananes sont à disposition. Que demander de plus!
Patio agréable pour se poser, on s'y sent comme à la maison.
L'hôte est d'une gentillesse incroyable, se fut un plaisir de le rencontrer !
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Clean, safe and owner Gabriel could not have been more accommodating. He organized all our activities from family coffee tour to horseback riding to waterfalls and even booked our return bus tickets to Medellín. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A 2 pas de la place principale. De très bonne recommandations de Gabriel qui vous aide a passer un agréable séjour. Clairement Jardin est notre coup de coeur de notre séjour en Colombie.
Pas de petit dej mais de nombreuses possibilités dans la ville.

Lo primero es decir una cosa, si estás pensando en si quedarte una o dos noches en Jardín... La respuesta es que al menos te quedes 3. Necesitas al menos dos días completos para ver lo más importante del pueblo y de los alrededores, que es mucho.

La atención de Gabriel es inmejorable. Se conoce muy bien la zona, así que preguntadle cómo organizaros el tiempo. Decidle lo que os gustaría hacer y cómo, y él os aconsejará perfectamente sobre cómo, cuándo, dónde, si hacerlo por vuestra cuenta o contratando a alguien... También os recomienda buenos sitios para comer, desayunar... Lo que necesitéis.

La habitación es muy cómoda y espaciosa y está extremadamente limpia. Para mí las fotos no le hacen justicia. La cama es muy cómoda, y las almohadas bien mullidas. El baño es cómodo, y la ducha grande y con buena cantidad de agua y bien caliente.

Varias de las habitaciones dan a un patio interior, que es una zona común muy agradable, con mesas y sillas, sofás, agua, infusiones... y un techo retráctil eléctrico.. Es un espacio precioso. Y eso además las hace más silenciosas al no dar a la calle directamente.

La ubicación es ideal, está a un par de calles de la plaza principal, aunque hay que decir que todo el pueblo es precioso, la verdad. Está cuidado hasta el extremo y vayas por donde vayas da gusto. Es una delicia pasearlo tanto de día como de noche.

No sirve desayuno, aunque la chica que limpia suele ofrecer un buen café para despertaros, que viene muy bien. No obstante, la oferta de desayunos que hay por todo el pueblo es muy variada y deliciosa, así que cero problemas con eso. Hay cafeterías y pastelerías para aburrir.

No tiene parking, pero en mi opinión... tampoco hace falta, se puede aparcar en la puerta perfectamente.

Solo añadir unas cosas, por si alguien duda:

- Si estás dudando en ir a la reserva de aves donde se ven los gallitos rojos, que está a menos de 10 minutos caminando del hotel... No lo dudes. Se ven, sí o sí. Y en libertad total.

The property is conveniently located just a couple minutes walk from both the main square and the bus station you’d arrive at. There’s also a local gym round the corner which was 8,000COP (£1.60ish) for a day pass which was a plus! The hotel is immaculate inside, super clean. The room we had was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was big with a hot shower. The host Gabriel and his staff really take pride in what they do, they were so accommodating and helpful for our entire stay - nothing was too much hassle for them. Gabriel helped to arrange our tours, took our laundry and even booked our bus tickets Medellin and delivered the tickets to us! He really went above and beyond. If I come back one day, I’d be staying here for sure - thanks again Gabriel and the team.

Ortam çok zevkli ve samimiydi. Meyva kahve su ve çay ikramdı. Ev sahibimiz çok ilgili ve her konuda yardımcıydı. Mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimi oldu.

It’s very close to the city center. And very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Gabriel the owner is always there to help, give tips and a nice talk.

I highly recommend staying here. I booked for two nights and ended up staying for five, which tells you everything. The location is perfect, and the owner , Gabriel, speaks perfect English and will do anything for you. The room is cleaned daily and there is free water, tea and bananas. I loved being in Jardin and hope to return there one day.

Gabriel le propriétaire de cet hôtel est exceptionnel, sympathique, aux petits soins pour ses clients. Il met à disposition des bananes, du café, thé tisane, de l'eau chaude et froide, des parapluies, de l'anti moustique. Il est de très bon conseil pour les randonnées sur Jardin. Il est une de nos plus belles rencontres en Colombie. L'hôtel est très bien placé dans le centre, il est d'une propreté exemplaire, et Gabriel peut s'occuper de réserver vos trajets en bus. Encore mille merci.

Gabriel waited for our bus (chiva) almost at the street so that we had no issues in finding the hotel. He provided all the necessary information about our stay, including hiking routes. Volarte is a cute, small hotel with only six rooms surrounding a pretty inner courtyard, where guests can enjoy coffee and herbal tees, as well as the delicious bananas of Jardin. Also a water refill was available. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, good location, hot water, good wifi.

La sympathie du patron Gabrielle et de la dame qui fait les chambres. Les conseils et la disponibilité de Gabrielle pour les excursions et les les billets de bus . Endroit très calme et très bonne literie . Tout était parfait.

Hostal Volarte is extremely well located, very walkable distance to everywhere in town. It is exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds, and there is lots of fresh air from windows and through the courtyard roof which is open most of the time! The host, Gabriel is incredibly kind, generous, and helpful. He always greets us with a smile when we come through the doors and is very eager to help by providing excellent recommendations for food, activities, tours, and to answer any other questions we had. He is very quick to respond by Whats App whenever we reached out with questions.
He let us choose our rooms and very generously allowed us to store our luggage after check out.
He arranged for our laundry to be picked up and dropped off very quickly the same day, and for anything that could not go in the dryer to hang up to dry. We needed to change our bus tickets, and instead of us going to the office, Gabriel kindly took our details and contacted them directly by phone to make the changes!
The courtyard is beautifully set up with water, tea, coffee, and fresh bananas at all times, with access to a fridge for storing our own food.
We loved our stay and highly recommend Hostal Volarte to everyone!

Hébergement très bien localisé à quelques minutes à pied du carré central sur une rue plus tranquille. Lieux super propres et bien entretenus. Propriétaire sympathique qui veille à ce quelques notre séjour soit parfait et nous donne plusieurs informations pertinentes sur la région. Bien équipé, eau potable à disposition, séjour que nous recommandons chaudement!
