Great hotel and location, rude front desk supervisor
Pros:

The hotel and location were great.

Cons:

The lady at the front desk was rude and did not want to help us at all. We wanted to stay another night and she refused to help us. Just kept saying we needed to reserve by ourselves and when I called or got online it wasnt giving me an option to book. She just didnt care, so we rented somewhere else.

Pros:

Eu amei absolutamente tudo! Os funcionários foram os mais gentis que conheci, organizam meu quarto mais cedo, me ajudaram com as malas, sempre sorridentes. O conforto do quarto, banheiro, tudo maravilhoso. Tem máquina de café na recepção e água a vontade também. Muito próximo da broadway, fui e voltei sozinha a pé várias vezes em segurança.

Cons:

Acrescentaria apenas um espelho de corpo inteiro no quarto.

Buen lugar , con relación precio/calidad en el centro de nashville
Pros:

Super bien ubicado a 3 cuadras de la broadway pero en una zona tranquila donde se puede descansar. El hotel es un poco antiguo pero está bien mantenido. Te dan un “manual” con lugares para comer , tours, un mapa , está bueno eso.

Cons:

El colchón de la cama era un poco incómodo , luego nada que agregar.

I’d stay here again for sure.
Pros:

I slept great. Comfortable and quiet, and close to everything. Great staff.

Cons:

We parked with SpotHero down the street which worked out great. Also, no breakfast.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the view was absolutely beautiful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was welcoming and friendly, which made us feel right at home. We also loved the coffee bar both in the room and in the lobby—it was such a thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Parking was valet only.

- Spiegel gab es nur im Badezimmer

Great location & staff but due for some updating.
Pros:

Great location & staff was SO friendly & helpful! About 3 blocks from Broadway & near one of the bridges that goes to Nissan Stadium.

Cons:

Rooms need renovating which they said is coming soon! Maybe offer coffee all day.

Well worth it for a short trip to Nashville with no car
Pros:

Amazing location, great staff for a good price. We did not have access to a car during our stay, but Broadway and Printer's alley were only a short walk away. Ideal for a few nights stay in the heart of Downtown. Reception staff were very friendly and kind.

Cons:

Someone who stayed in the room before me must have had an early wake up, because the digital alarm clock in my room went off at 6am the first morning and I had to turn it off. Would have been great if that were reset by the staff before I checked in, as I did not notice it until I was woken up. Not a big deal though, and the rest of the stay I got much needed rest!

Strong recommendation
Pros:

Great value for money, especially as compared to neighboring hotels. A quiet area yet blocks from Broadway and round the corner to Printer's Alley. Our room was spotless and spacious with an amazing shower. The reception staff was very friendly and kept in touch with texts to let us know the room was available early.

Cons:

Nothing, this will be my go-to hotel for Nashville .
