مكان الاقامة رائع ومتكامل ، انهم بالفعل رائعون لقد وصلت مرة في وقت متأخر من الليل وكانت المواقف ممتلئة وهذا نادرا ما يحدث ورغم ذلك ساعدني الموظف وكان لبقا جدا وسمح لي بالوقوف في موقف جهزه لي ، انهم ودودون جدا واتمنى العودة الى آلسمير تلك المدينة الصغيرة الرائعة ، لقد احببتهم جدا

NO 4* hotel
Pros:

This hotel is supposed to have four stars, but there is really no reason for that rating. The bathroom and toilet together are just over 2.2 m², there is no fridge, and the heating control is completely non-functional. When we arrived, the room temperature was around 27°C, and if you open the window, the surrounding noise is quite significant.

The beds are of a decent standard, and the rooms are clean, but the equipment is at most comparable to a three-star hotel. Breakfast is more like in a guesthouse—there is a very limited selection of fruit and vegetables. However, it is still sufficient for you to choose something. A four-star hotel should offer at least twice as much variety.

The staff were helpful and there were no issues in that regard. However, we would definitely not choose this hotel again.

Helpful staff and great location.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and there was free parking too. They went out of their way to help us with multiple things like find out local information, help us with the parking and safe deposit box issue

Cons:

The decor in the family room was a bit dated and no fridge in the room but the staff were happy to take our ice pack to the kitchen.
