Prima gezinshotel
Pros:

Vriendelijk, behulpzame medewerkers. Ruime kamer mét keukentje en koelkast met vriesvakje. Fijne verduisterende gordijnen en horren in de ramen.
Qua ligging ideale uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes. Ontbijtbuffet was ruim voldoende.

Cons:

De bedden zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Zowel de eenpersoonsbedden als het tweepersoonsbed hadden een kuil. Daarnaast is het tweepersoonsbed erg smal maar dat is misschien wat je gewend bent.
Wij zaten op de derde etage en het was er inderdaad best warm. Staat wel een ventilator.

Prima verblijf, en goed ontbijt, maar met tegenvaller geen restaurant en bar
Pros:

Ontbijt was prima
Wat het meest tegenviel was het feit dat de bar en restaurant gesloten waren, maar dat NIET in die website werd vermeld; sterker nog, zelf op het kaartje met kamersleutel stonden de openingstijen voor het restaurant vermeld, en in de folder op de kamer werd ook roomservice aangeboden.
Erg jammer omdat wij met kleine kinderen reisden, waardoor je niet de kinderen in bed kon leggen en nof=g even bijelkaar zitten voor een drankje. Kamer werd EXCLUSIEF ontbijt aangeboden, terwijl bij boeking.com de kamer goedkopen INCLUSIEF ontbijt werd aangeboden.
Al met al een prima hotel, maar onvolledig accomodatieaanbod, hetgeen NIET tevoren werd aangekondigd. Had dan toch wel een prijsreductie verwacht.

Zie vorige vraag; geen restaurant en geen bar, terwijlddat WEL in de website werd aangeboden, en ook in het hotel in de folders werd vermeld

A most pleasant experience in all respects
Pros:

Great location if you like small town feel, near water that’s quiet and friendly. The staff was very helpful and hospitable. I am coming back.

Cons:

I liked the entire experience within the hotel and surroundings including the nearby 15 century church.

No hot water in a very dark room

The kettle in the room

Cons:

There was no hot water and after the night manager came and confirmed this she never resolved the issue or got back to us. She also never passed this information to day staff. Also the window looked out onto a brick wall and so the room was very dark. All the lights had very low watt bulbs so it was impossible to read in bed.
