Pros:

Mike war sehr nett. Zimmer sehr groß mit großem Bad und Warmwasser mit schönen Bergblick. Kaffee,Tee Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank vorhanden. WLAN war sehr gut.
Kostenlos Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Cons:

Bett war etwas durchgelegen.

Spacious and fabulous view
Pros:

The landscape, views and location were wonderful. Great host. Huge room.

Cons:

The doors and shower were a little tricky to operate and there didn't seem to be anywhere for us to hang our damp towels.

Mountain Widok was an excellent place to stay, homely, clean, great views at the back of the house.
Pros:

At Mountain Widok is was clean, quiet, a family home, good parking and tea/coffee making facilities. Great views across mountain ranges from the back room of the house. The room was large and the bed, also very comfy. The owner meet us at the door, gave us keys, showed us to our room, gave us advise on the places to eat in Killorglin. And a great location to start the Ring of Kerry from.

Cons:

Whats not to like.

Really nice stay
Pros:

Really nice and cosy. The en-suite bathroom was really nice and clean.
Host was very welcoming.

Cons:

The curtain doesn’t fully block the light and you might be waken up by the sunlight if you are used to sleep in the dark.

The internet network is not very good and no WiFi. The good point is that there is TV to compensate.

Bon repos dans grande chambre et grand lit au calme
Pros:

Grande chambre avec un grand lit et sa salle de bain privative. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Il y a de quoi se préparer des trucs (micro ondes, bouilloire, café ...)

Big room. Tea, coffee, microwave on corridor.

Cons:

A little cold. Was there in January and felt there wasn't enough heat in the room. Although only a couple of kilometers from Kilorglin, it was not walkable due to narrow busy road. Possibly ok during the day but definitely not after dark. Taxis cost €13 just to get to the town.

Exactly what I needed—a warm, accommodating place to sleep during a stressful part of my trip
Pros:

Michael COMPLETELY saved me— I checked in very late on a Saturday night having booked without realizing Mountain Widok was too far from my train station to get a taxi out of town early enough the next morning to catch my train to the airport. Michael not only helped me check in at that late hour, but also helped me call an early taxi from the next town over so I didn’t miss my train the next morning. AND he woke up early the next morning to make sure I got off okay. Total angel. I didn’t deserve him and I’ll always be grateful!

Cons:

If you’re new to Ireland, be warned that Killorglin is a very small town and transportation in/out may be tricky outside of peak hours. But it’s a gorgeous place and you’ll love it.
