Kande Home

Wij hebben 2 nachten verbleven in de homestay. Wat een ontzettend lieve hosts die met je meedenken en je je gang laat gaan. De kamers zijn schoon en ze maken de beste Sri Lankaanse ontbijtjes voor je. Al met al een aanrader! Wij komen zeker terug.

The owners are the the friendliest and most helpful couple ever . Their hospitality was amazing . Every morning we had a huge delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable and room was very tidy . It was genuinely my favourite place to stay on my entire Sri Lankan trip.

Kande Home is in a good location near the river and the city centre and the room was spacious and clean with a good shower and breakfast was excellent. The best part was getting to talk with our hosts, Shanta and Kumari, and share their beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay.

Schöne Unterkunft etwas abseits von Kandy mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Das Frühstück war eines der besten, das wir in Sri Lanka bekommen haben. Leider haben wir zu spät gelesen, dass die Unterkunft auch einen Kochkurs anbietet. Diesen hätten wir rückblickend bestimmt gebucht! Die Unterkunft ist vor allem zu empfehlen für Leute, die gerne abseits des Trubels wohnen. Die Gegend ist wirklich schön. Trotzdem insbesondere für Reisende, die mit einem eigenen Tuk Tuk oder Auto unterwegs sind, da es schwierig war, jedes mal ein Pick me in die Stadt zu organisieren.

Pobyt v Kande Home byl úžasný! Hostitelé byli velmi milý a pohostinný. Ráno jsme dostali skvělou Sri lanskou tradiční snídani. Cítili jsme se jako doma, moc děkujeme ❤️

Our hosts were the kindest people. I felt like I was at home with my own mum I was so well looked after.
We had a delicious breakfast every morning and they even invited us to sit and have a drink with their friends they had over one evening. They provided so much information and helpful advice throughout our stay.

This stay is a must if you are looking for somewhere that feels like home.

I proprietari sono gentilissimi, sembra di essere in famiglia. Posizione vicinissima a Kandy ma lontano dal traffico. La stanza era pulita e la colazione eccellente.

The best place to stay! As you as you arrive you feel relaxed and very welcomed. The room was large with a lovely view of sunrise and a big bathroom. The breakfast was also delicious.

La familia que lo lleva es adorable, nos hicieron sentir como en casa, muy cariñosos y agradables y tuvieron mucha paciencia con la hora del check in, unos amores. Además, la casa es preciosa enorme la habitación, el baño, las vistas desde la cama con increíbles, muy bonito, cómodo y limpio todo. También el desayuno es lo más, cocinas super bien, te preparan un desayuno típico de Sri Lanka buenísimo con su fruta, sus platos típicos...increíble!

La struttura è molto bella e pulita. La casa è molto luminosa e si trova fuori dal casino della città, quindi è anche una località molto rilassante. I Due proprietari sono stati estremamente accoglienti, abbiamo consumato la sia la colazione che la cena, entrambe buonissime, molto casalinghe e autenitche. Con shante e cumari ci siamo sentiti a casa, soni gentilissimi e sempre disponibili, è stato uno dei soggiorni piu belli in sri lanka. Super consigliato!

Это самая прекрасная пара хозяев за все наше путешествие по острову, хотя останавливались только на одну ночь.
Самостоятельно достаточно сложно найти место, но хозяин встретил.
Дом просто шикарен, современный ремонт, интересная планировка, есть парковка, кондиционер.
Эти замечательные люди приготовили шикарный завтрак, разрешили пользоваться холодильником, подсказали как лучше посетит Перахеру, как добраться, дали ещё советы для нашего дальнейшего путешествия. Показали сад и рассказали о местных фруктах.
Вечером хозяин порезал нам фрукты к вину, вёл с нами беседы до полуночи, порвался нам что-то приготовить ночью.
Если бы у нам было больше времени, мы бы с удовольствием остались дольше! Всем рекомендую!

Casa stupenda poco fuori rispetto al centro di Kandy. La camera era pulita e provvista di tutto il necessario (abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di un adattatore per i telefoni). Nota più positiva del nostro soggiorno è stata la grandissima disponibilità degli host che oltre ad averci soddisfatti in tutte le nostre richieste ci hanno anche fatto sentire a casa. Cene e colazioni spettacolari preparate con la cura che solo una mamma sa metterci nei suoi piatti. Davvero molto consigliato!

So very welcoming, we had a delayed flight and after a train journey we arrived late but could not have been made to feel more welcome by the lovely owners. They helped arrange a tuk tuk tour of Kandy, gave us a superb breakfast and sent us off with the remainder of the food as a packed lunch.

The room was massive, the shower was hot and the air con was really good. The hosts were so friendly and made us an amazing Sri Lankan breakfast.
