Pros:

Tout était absolument parfait : de l'accueil à la propreté, rien à redire.
• La chambre : Spacieuse, moderne et très confortable. Un vrai petit cocon.
• Le complexe : Les infrastructures sont superbes et très bien entretenues. On s'y sent tout de suite bien.
• L'emplacement : La position de l'hôtel est idéale pour profiter pleinement du séjour sans perdre de temps dans les transports.
• Fidèle à l'annonce : C'est un point important : les photos sont totalement conformes à la réalité. Pas de mauvaise surprise en arrivant !

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol concerne la pression de l'eau dans la douche, qui était un peu faible durant notre séjour.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft gebucht, als wir bereits vor Ort waren und und eine Überbrückung für eine Nacht in Hurghada suchten. Vorab hatte ich über booking.com gute Bewertungen für diese Unterkunft gelesen. Außerdem hatten wir uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden da im Preis von 40 € nicht nur ein Zimmer für zwei Personen, sondern auch Frühstück und ein Hotel Shuttle garantiert waren. Beides haben wir bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht erhalten, als wir in der Rezeption des Hotels ankamen, war leider keine Person vor Ort, die gut Englisch sprechen konnte. Es dauerte eine Weile, um dem Servicepersonal überhaupt klarzumachen, dass wir eine Buchung unternommen hatten. Uns wurde gesagt, dass das Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei und wir auf die Person warten sollten, die wissen würde, wann das Zimmer fertig sei, und konnten keine klaren Zeitangaben gemacht werden. Die Lobby war extrem dreckig und leblos eingerichtet. Das ganze Hotel befindet sich noch in intensiven Bauarbeiten. Die Gespräche wurden überschattet von Geräuschen eines Presslufthammersin den Zimmern neben uns wurde gearbeitet. Überall war Staub. Auch die Haupteingangs Halle ist noch eine Baustelle sowie alle Zimmer auf Erdgeschoss, Ebene und die Flure komplett verdreckt sind vom Baustellenlärm. Etwas verspätet konnten wir dann in unser Zimmer in unserem Zimmer, welches zwar halbwegs sauber, aber von sehr schlechter Qualität war, fanden wir dann zurückgelassene Putzmittel wie ein Putz und ein Besen und Lappen einfach in die Dusche gestellt. Die Armaturen sowie das Bett und die Möbel waren schlecht verarbeitet. Es lag ein Bleichgeruch in der Luft. Im Bad befand sich Schimmel die Wäscheaufhängung auf dem Balkon war kaputt. Das Service des Hotelpersonals war mehr als schlecht selbst in der wenigen unverständlichen Kommunikation. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass es kein Frühstück gebe und auf die Nachfrage, ob es ein Flughafen Shuttle gebe.

Unfinished apartments but I still enjoyed my stay here
Pros:

Lovely apartment with a sea view on to the private beach.

Pretty good location. Although I ended up walking most nights to The Marina. About 20 mins or so. Not a lot on your doorstep for restaurants etc if you want variety

Cons:

The hotel complex was still being built. The apartment unfinished with cracked plaster, badly laid carpet and some electrics that didn’t work.

It will be amazing when it’s properly done. But at the price I paid for it I’m not complaining.

Sehr gerne komme ich wieder
Pros:

Check In hat super geklappt ohne Wartezeit. Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sehr zentral gelegen. Man hat Zugang zum Pool und zum Starnd mit liegen. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und das Café im Erdgeschoss ist auch super.

L’hôtel est quasiment vide sans possibilité de restauration et dans un quartier peu animé.
Le petit déjeuner ne pouvant être servi qu’à partir de 10h du matin, alors que nous avions des activités, il a été amené à 22h30 alors que nous dormions, sans thé ni café

The room did not match the description.
Cons:

The room did not match the description. We booked a whole apartment with one living room and two separate bedrooms, we recieved two double rooms without living room. There was no dining tables or chairs, no sofa and the kitchen equipment was very poor. The aircondition did not work all the time.
We made a complaint the day we arrived and they promised to get back with a solution but they did not, we tryed to contact them several times dureing our stay but did not get any answers.
