bjr j'ai réservé cette chambre pendant 10jour il fait très froid de dans pas de chaufage la douche l'eau chaude se coupe la chaudière s'arrête en plein douche j'ai du partir réserver un hôtel et partir avant les 10jour j'ai pas fini mon séjour dans cette chambre bruis des chien toute la nuit il aboi

Owner was responsive and friendly
Good price

Cons:

Hard to find the address using GPS and uber, there’s no signage in the building so we kind walked blind but we found it.
The cleanliness was not there at all, we stay there during transit so it really didn’t affected us a lot, but really needs a good cleaning.

My experience was good, but see further clarification below.
Pros:

Facilities are nice, doors for the rooms do lock, and while I was there there was only one other room booked with a guest, so my experience was fine.
The apartment is very nice, the view is lovely and location good, and Mahmoud always responded to my messages very quickly. He even let me check-in two hours early and stay a bit after the check-out deadline.

Cons:

*Important clarification*: "rooms" literally means you get a room in an apartment. There are three different rooms being rented out in the same apartment, so if they were fully booked you could have up to six people sharing the same bathroom, kitchen, and living room. I don't think that would be worth the price at all (you can get a room in a shared apt anywhere in Cairo for less on AirBnb).
