Enttäuschend, Beschreibung entspricht nicht Tatsachen vor Ort
Pros:

Lage nahe am Strand, Einrichtung modern und neu.

Cons:

Rund um das Hotel Baustellen, auf die in der Beschreibung nicht hingewiesen wurde.
Zimmer erst 16h verspätet bezugsfertig ohne dass etwas angeboten wurde
Dusche schon schimmelig obwohl Hotel fast neu
Kochnische im Zimmer aber keinerlei Töpfe verfügbar
Frühstück unterdurchschnittlich in Auswahl und Qualität nicht 4 Sterne würdig
Nicht genug Personal, Zimmer wurde in 3 Tagen nicht gereinigt.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend

Pros:

Not much, location would be the only good thing about this place.

Cons:

Probably one of the worst expierence ive had in any of my stays, the breakfast was baddd, barely any options. rooms were small dainty and not cleaned. The 2 bedroom suite had a shared bathroom which was mouldy.
You can get any food as their restuarant only does breakfast.
Id recomend trying something else.

⁃ nous avions une réservation pour 3 personnes . Il n’y avait que 2 couettes . Après plusieurs demandes nous avons finalement obtenu la 3ème couette la 2 ème nuit, dernière nuit avant notre départ
⁃ La chambre n’a pas été nettoyée ni les lits faits après notre première nuit

Duzy apartament i wystrój były ok. Lodowka w pokoju w zabudowie kuchennej. Osobne klimatyzacje dla salonu i sypialni, zaciemniające zasłony. Dwa telewizory ale jeden pilot.

Cons:

W lazience nie zamykające się drzwi od kabiny prysznicowej, wystające kable nad lustrem, widać ze ekipa sprzątająca nie posprzątała lazienki bo na kafelkach były narysowane linie ołówkiem pod profile. Kuchnia z płytą indukcyjna ale nie ma żadnych garnków do gotowania. Ekspres na kapsulki ale nie ma ich na wyposażeniu - 1,50€ za szt. Minibar w lodówce platny, cennik na blacie. Widok z okna na budowę hotelu w pierwszej linii brzegowej. Wszędzie wkoło budowy hoteli i jest problem z parkowaniem. Parking podziemny 15€ za dobe. W pierwsza noc okazało się że nie ma drugiej kołdry a ta co była to 100x200 dla dwoch osob i personel byl zdziwiony i chciał mi dać poszwę zamiast kołdry bo nie było. Wzięli z innego pokoju. Ten kto wymyślił salę do jedzenia na piętrze to beznadziejny pomysł, trzeba ze wszystkim kilka razy na gore chodzić, śniadanie ubogie, mało produktów, donosili po kilka szt, chleb tylko tostowy i banan przecięty na trzy sa tragedią. Nie wróciłabym za taka cene i jakość.

The staff was very very nice. We had no issues and really appriciate them.

Cons:

They say free parking but it curbside parking or you pay to park in their private parking which is hard to park in. In fact one day we parked in there and couldn't get out because a cement truck was blocking the entrance. We ended up missing reservation that cost us 100€. The room was nice but there was no microwave in the entire building, the stove top advertised works but you are not offered pans, nor do they give you any when asked. We were there for 5 nights and the room was cleaned once. We asked for it 2 other times and they said yes but never did. We had to ask multiple times for blankets because the one the give is for 1 person only. One of the lights flickered the entire time. Loose wires in the bathroom. Breakfast is not as advertised. The entire hotel was surrounded by construction. The soap in the bathrooms is layered so the bottle advertised is half filled with 2 or 3 different type of soaps. The coffee offered for sale in your room doesn't fit the coffee machine in your room. I feel like we dooped into believing this was 4 star hotel and it has the potential to be one. It just seems so many important details were missed and corners were cut on making it a 4 star hotel.

Unser Aufenthalt war äußerst enttäuschend. Es war extrem laut, da sich direkt neben der Unterkunft eine Baustelle befindet, auf der bereits ab 6 Uhr früh gebohrt wurde – dies war auf den Fotos in keiner Weise ersichtlich.

Das Essen war von sehr schlechter Qualität, und beim Frühstück war das Gebäck nicht einmal durchgebacken. In unserem Zimmer befand sich zwar eine Küche, jedoch ohne jegliche Utensilien. Trotz Nachfrage beim Personal war es nicht möglich, einen einfachen Topf oder passende Kaffeekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine zu bekommen.

Das Personal wirkte insgesamt sehr inkompetent und war in keiner Weise hilfsbereit. Zudem war die Sauberkeit mangelhaft – es wurden wiederholt Dinge wie Handtücher oder Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt.

Am schlimmsten war jedoch, dass wir Bettwanzen im Zimmer hatten. Auf unsere Beschwerde wurde nicht angemessen reagiert, und es wurde sich nicht ausreichend um das Problem gekümmert.

Unter diesen Umständen erwarten wir eine Rückerstattung und ziehen zudem in Betracht, den Vorfall der Gesundheitsbehörde zu melden.

Tuvimos que pedir una manta para la habitación ya que la única que había no cubría ni la mitad del cuerpo. Nos dieron una que parecía una toalla. Solo un par de almohadas. Luego el desayuno fue un desastre, bajamos a la hora de haber empezado el desayuno y ya no había comida ni sitio donde sentarse pues toda la gente estaba igual. Repusieron algo de comida pero muy poco. Un desastre

Sehr enttäuschend in den Urlaub zu fliegen und dann mitten auf der Baustelle zu sein!

Die Unterkunft hatte zwei Schlafzimmer und das war ein wirklich toller Komfort. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es war wirklich schade, dass man bei der Buchung nirgends darauf aufmerksam gemacht wurde, dass die Unterkunft nur so von Baustellen umgeben war und ich meine wirklich von allen Seiten. Außerdem wurde hier rund um die Uhr gearbeitet, sogar an einem Sonntag bis 21 Uhr. Einfach nur schlimm! Man konnte nicht auf dem Balkon entspannen, wegen des Baulärms. Und die Arbeiten waren morgens ab 7 Uhr voll in Gange.

Pros:

Zeer mooie locatie van waaruit andere bezienswaardigheden vlot bereikbaar zijn met een taxi of huurauto. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Er zijn momenteel veel bouwwerken aan de gang voor de opbouw van nieuwe hotels, maar dat is een tijdelijk iets.
