Le personnel est disponible et sympathique

Cons:

La suite avec deux chambres, un rideau sur deux dans chaque chambre, résultat réveil à 6h du matin et pas de porte à la douche, résultat inondation à chaque douche - les problèmes ont été signalés à plusieurs reprises mais malheureusement pas de solution trouvée

מיקום נוח כ100 מטר מקו החוף באיזור טיילת יפה עם מסעדות ובתי קפה.
בריכה קטנה אבל היו רק מס קטן של מתרחצים גם בסוף יולי.
ארוחת בוקר טובה במונחים אירופאים.
בעיית חניה באיזור. עדיף לשריין חנייה של המלון בתשלום.
ניקיון טוב בכל איזורי המלון והחדרים ויחס אדיב של כל ציוותי המלון.
קצת יקר אך שווה.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Invictus in Bečići. The hotel is modern, clean, and located in a great spot, just a short walk from the beach and a few minutes from Budva. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and everything we needed for a relaxing vacation was there.

A special thank you to Ivana, who was incredibly kind and professional. She went above and beyond to help us check in very quickly, making our arrival smooth and completely stress-free. Her friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to help made a fantastic first impression and really stood out during our stay.

The entire staff was welcoming and attentive, and we truly felt well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Invictus to anyone visiting Montenegro. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Cons:

The overall stay was bad. The staff are very unprofessional. When you are eating your breakfast they are smoking and drinking whiskey as you pass by with your food. They are rude when you call the reception for something. My baby had vomitted and needed a change of bed sheets, I rang the reception to change it 5 times. Waited 6 hours for them to change the sheets. Regarding the towels, my husband got shouted at by the lady at reception for wanting a beach towel (it is included in your stay). She shouted and said that you can’t keep changing the towel even though that was the first towel that he had asked for that day. The rooms feel dirty, the feel of an old hotel that has been upgraded to a poor standard. Becici beach is the very crowded and the hotel is directly outside building sites whichever view you have.

Un cadre magnifique, mais un service qui manque de chaleur

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, bien présenté, varié et savoureux.

La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Le lit était correct, sans être particulièrement remarquable. La douche était de bonne qualité.

Le personnel en charge du petit-déjeuner était très agréable et accueillant.

Cons:

En revanche, les oreillers étaient beaucoup trop durs et trop épais.

La chambre disposait d'un balcon, mais la vue donnait sur un bâtiment en construction. Sans véritable vue, ce balcon n'avait finalement que peu d'intérêt.

À la réception, la dame présente n'a malheureusement pas pu nous aider. Cela était peut-être dû à une maîtrise limitée de l'anglais, mais aussi à un manque de préparation pour renseigner les clients. Elle n'a pas été en mesure de nous conseiller sur les lieux à visiter, les moyens de transport ou les meilleurs horaires. Nous souhaitions également louer une voiture, mais elle n'a pas su nous orienter.

À notre arrivée, nous avons demandé trois cartes d'accès à la chambre, car nous avions prévu de faire des activités séparément. Cette demande a été refusée de manière assez brusque, avec pour seule réponse : « Vous n'en avez pas besoin.
