Personel bardzo miły, basen przyjemny, śniadania smaczne, serwis sprzątający codziennie.

Cons:

Niestety czystość nie była na poziomie 4 gwiazdkowego hotelu.
W pokoju ekspres do kawy, w którym znaleźliśmy 3 zużyte kapsułki z pleśnią.
Kawa, herbata itp dostępne w pokoju tylko na start, podczas 5 dniowego pobytu, nic nie zostało dołożone.

enjoyable short stay while visiting Montenegro
Pros:

The staff is very helpful, nice and attentive. Serving with the smile. All lovely people. Room was good and nice, view from street site is on development so better to choose the room from sea side and pay extra. Not masses of rooms even second floor can be walked to easily on foot, when elevator is busy, swimming pool is nice too. Good value for money

Cons:

There is an area for hotel on the beach I believe, maybe because it wasn't in the season, it wasn't like looked after, but in that time you could sit in the café loungers and get the cafe service all free as out of season. In season is probably different than end of May. Also the free street parking in front of the property is hit and miss, sometimes it is hard to find space, but you can park in paid areas under the building, I think its £20.

Good hotel but bad service
Pros:

The breakfast is good, but they don’t allow you to serve yourself until a group has arrived. This means you have to wait and eat only when other guests are gathered, rather than being able to have breakfast with just your family. This policy is inconvenient and negatively affects the dining experience.

Cons:

The hotel staff were rude and treated foreign guests differently from other guests. Based on my experience, I felt unwelcome and believed I was treated unfairly because I was a foreigner. This made my stay very disappointing.

Heerlijk.
Pros:

De service van de medewerkers was echt fantastisch! Zowel Ivana bij de receptie als de medewerkers bij de bar en het ontbijt hebben er alles aan gedaan om het ons zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. We voelden ons zeer gewaardeerde gasten.

Goede kamer, de airco werkte goed en we hadden alles wat we nodig hadden. Ook een fijn zwembad en de boulevard met restaurants en het strand zijn slecht 3 minuten lopen.

Ontbijt was uitgebreid en vers, heerlijk!
