Pros:

Gastgeberin Tarsia und ganze Person waren sehr freundlich. Strand zu Fuß 5 min erreichbar.

Pros:

The owners were very friendly. The location was ok. The fair price for what you are getting.

Cons:

Noise at night, other Greek guests had no respect for nighttime, quiet hours, very laud conversations, and noise going past 1am, woke me up multiple times
Bed wasn't too comfortable.
My white t-shirts - all of them 5 brand new - got stained in washing... probably temperature was too high, and that cost me €5...

Πολύ κοντά στην παραλία και γενικά βολική περιοχή. Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό!! Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά αν βρεθώ στην περιοχή.

Great value for money!
Pros:

Άνετο δωμάτιο, πεντακάθαρο! Το δωμάτιο ήταν εξοπλισμένο με ότι χρειάζεται κανείς για τη διαμονή του. Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και εξαιρετική σχέση τιμής-ποιότητας!

Cons:

Δυστυχώς όπως είχαμε διαβάσει και απο άλλα σχόλια, δεν είχαμε ποτέ ζεστό νερό όταν το χρειαστήκαμε (αργά το βράδυ και νωρίς το πρωί).

Arti jūra, parduotuvė.
Ramus miestelis.
Malonūs savininkai, vaišingi.
Kambaryje ir virtuvėlėje buvo viskas ko reikia (keptuvė, puodas, indai, įrankiai ir t.t.).
Kondicionierius gelbėjo nuo drėgmės sausinimo režimu.

Cons:

Labai prasta garso izoliacija, todėl nebuvo privatumo jausmo, nepavyko išsimiegoti. Gavau kambarį į gatvės pusę, tai taip pat trukdė ilsėtis, nes gatvė visai šalia kambario.
Nebuvo tinklelio nuo uodų, naktimis sunku miegoti dėl uodų.
Virtuvėlė balkone, todėl nepatogu.
Drėgna, vonioje nebuvo ventiliacijos. Dėl didelės drėgmės nemolanus kambario kvapas ir jausmas lyg būtų nešvaru, nors patalynė kvepėjo ir akivaizdžiai buvo švari. Kitu atveju galbūt tai nebūtų problema jei ne pačios gyvenvietės vieta, nes net balkone drabužiai neišdžiūdavo.
Kaitlentė labai keistai veikė - maximaliu režimu išsivirti ryžių užtruko amžinybę, nors prietaias atrodė visai naujas.
Rytais nebūdavo karšro vandens duše. Galimai dėl to, kad vandenį įkaitina Saulė, mesu tikras.
Sunkiai rakindavosi durys.
Nepatogi lova. Mano ūgis 183 cm, netilpau taip, kad būtų patogu.

Pros:

We are a family who came to stay near Matala beach. This place is about a 15-minute drive from there. We didn’t like the beach that’s very close as much. It’s more of a place just to sleep, and it’s not very comfortable

Cons:

The place is not very clean, the beds are uncomfortable, everything is very old, the showers are terrible in every aspect, and the hot water is enough for only one shower.

Pros:

Zu meiner Aufenthaltszeit wurde kein Frühstück angeboten.
Die Wohnung im obersten Stock hatte Richtung Meer einen Balkon und Super-Ausblick auch auf's Meer.
Es war eine Mehrbett-Wohnung und ich hatte damit für mich allein zwei geräumige Zimmer samt Küchenecke zur Verfügung.
In der Küche gab es alle benötigten nutzbaren Dinge (Geschirr, Besteck, Kühlschrank, Wasser- und Eierkocher, ..)
Der Strand ist ca. 80m entfernt.
Familiärere Atmosphäre durch häufige Angebote der Shop-Besitzerin im Erdgeschoss (ist auch Vermieterin) an einer Kaffee - oder Raki - Runde teilzunehmen.
Alle Wünsche wurden soweit möglich erfüllt: frische Eier gebracht samt Eierkocher, Handtücher, ...

Cons:

Es gibt keinen eigenen Parkplatz; beim Parken auf der Straße - wenn man keinen Schattenplatz findet - kann es im Auto sehr heiß werden..

Megfelelő lokàciò, felszerelt, de koszos szàllàs, inkorrekt stìlus ès magatartàs.
Pros:

A lokàciò jò, ès tàgasabb szobàt kaptam, mint amire szàmìtottam. A becsekkolàs tekintetében rugalmas volt a szàllàsadò.

Cons:

Úton a szàllàsra 3 különböző e-mailt kaptam arra vonatkozóan, hogy hol leszek elhelyezve. A szàllàs tàgasabb volt ugyan, de a fürdő nem volt kitakarìtva, a kuka tele volt, a csap szőrszàlakkal és hajjal tele. Azért esett erre a szàllàshelyre a vàlasztàsom, mert kései kicsekkolàsi idő volt megadva, amiről megerősìtő e-mailt is kaptam. Ehhez kèpest a szàllàsadò 10 òràval a megadott idő előtt kopogàs nélkül behatolt a szobába, és bàrdolatlan stìlusban felszòlìtott, hogy tàvozzak. Semmilyen udvariassàg vagy kompromisszum jelèt nem mutatta, azt mondta bàrmilyen kifogàs esetén forduljak a booking.comhoz.
