Megfelelő lokàciò, felszerelt, de koszos szàllàs, inkorrekt stìlus ès magatartàs.
Pros:

A lokàciò jò, ès tàgasabb szobàt kaptam, mint amire szàmìtottam. A becsekkolàs tekintetében rugalmas volt a szàllàsadò.

Cons:

Úton a szàllàsra 3 különböző e-mailt kaptam arra vonatkozóan, hogy hol leszek elhelyezve. A szàllàs tàgasabb volt ugyan, de a fürdő nem volt kitakarìtva, a kuka tele volt, a csap szőrszàlakkal és hajjal tele. Azért esett erre a szàllàshelyre a vàlasztàsom, mert kései kicsekkolàsi idő volt megadva, amiről megerősìtő e-mailt is kaptam. Ehhez kèpest a szàllàsadò 10 òràval a megadott idő előtt kopogàs nélkül behatolt a szobába, és bàrdolatlan stìlusban felszòlìtott, hogy tàvozzak. Semmilyen udvariassàg vagy kompromisszum jelèt nem mutatta, azt mondta bàrmilyen kifogàs esetén forduljak a booking.comhoz.

Zu meiner Aufenthaltszeit wurde kein Frühstück angeboten.
Die Wohnung im obersten Stock hatte Richtung Meer einen Balkon und Super-Ausblick auch auf's Meer.
Es war eine Mehrbett-Wohnung und ich hatte damit für mich allein zwei geräumige Zimmer samt Küchenecke zur Verfügung.
In der Küche gab es alle benötigten nutzbaren Dinge (Geschirr, Besteck, Kühlschrank, Wasser- und Eierkocher, ..)
Der Strand ist ca. 80m entfernt.
Familiärere Atmosphäre durch häufige Angebote der Shop-Besitzerin im Erdgeschoss (ist auch Vermieterin) an einer Kaffee - oder Raki - Runde teilzunehmen.
Alle Wünsche wurden soweit möglich erfüllt: frische Eier gebracht samt Eierkocher, Handtücher, ...

Cons:

Es gibt keinen eigenen Parkplatz; beim Parken auf der Straße - wenn man keinen Schattenplatz findet - kann es im Auto sehr heiß werden..

We are a family who came to stay near Matala beach. This place is about a 15-minute drive from there. We didn’t like the beach that’s very close as much. It’s more of a place just to sleep, and it’s not very comfortable

The place is not very clean, the beds are uncomfortable, everything is very old, the showers are terrible in every aspect, and the hot water is enough for only one shower.

Liebevolles Personal, sehr einfache Ausstattung.
Pros:

Die Besitzer sind herzlich und großzügig.
Es sind nur 2 Minuten zum Strand und zur Promenade. Parken überall möglich.

Cons:

Wie in Griechenland in günstigen Unterkünften üblich, Federkernmatratzen. Hart. Kochgelegenheit sehr spartanisch und umständlich. Keine Moskitonetze trotz Mücken.

Pros:

Wir hatten zu zweit ein Dreibettzimmer, also reichlich Platz und einen riesigen Balkon über drei Seiten des Zimmers. Die Ausstattung war gut.
Maria ist eine ganz herzliche Gastgeberin, man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben.
Die Lage ist super: zentral, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind ganz nah, aber nachts ist es
trotzdem ruhig.
