Pros:

Lovely location and fantastic view of pyramids. Owners ( Kareem and Ahmed) and Staff are nice, helpful and very friendly.

The room with very clean have all the service available and it was my first time to have everything work in a hotel room I didn't have to call for any help the bed was very comfy and clean and also the light in the room with very nice with different level of light the room have a very good side view of the pyramid ..very good and new furniture

The hotel was laid back yet attentive. Lovely service all round. Good value for money. Thank you so much.

Cons:

The address on booking was different to whats on google. So.it did cause confusion. Maybe before pyramids hotel need to add another word to distinguish themselves. But guys your doing a great job.
