Stay at the old harbour area instead if you want location and charm

Lena, the owner and manager was the most beautiful person and couldn’t have been more helpful

Cons:

Location was a fair walk or 12 euro taxi into town and was on a noisy road. We should have booked a hotel in the old part of town so we could have easily walked for dinner etc and it would have been a lot quieter

Il posto in cui dormire a Chania
Pros:

L'ambiente raccolto, tranquillo e familiare. Lena è una host fantastica, sempre presente senza mai essere invadente. La stanza fornita di ogni comodità, (ciabatte, spazzolino e vino incluso). Stamattina appena siamo andati via ci ha anche offerto 2 doni. Un plus anche la posizione sopra la città, con una vista meravigliosa dal balcone della stanza e la possibilità di parcheggiare sempre a bordo strada gratis. Consiglio a chiunque!

Pros:

Lena and Elias are so welcoming and happy to help with everything. They went above and beyond for us, for airport lifts, lifts to the bus station, dinner recommendations, allowing breakfast earlier one day to fit around a tour we had booked. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Great place to stay
Pros:

It’s a nice stylish property with big clean rooms with the sea view also close to the supermarket and bus stops. If you have a car it’s a 5 minutes drive to city centre ,old town and the marina. Very helpful and friendly host and staff,clean property , tidy reception, buffet,very nice breakfast on the terrace with the sea view . Thanks to Lena ( the host ) we tried some nice homemade cakes and the tea and coffee table was accessible all day long.

Perfect and welcoming!
Pros:

Amazing views and host, the rooms were stocked with free wine, water, extra necessities and robes!

The host was exceptionally kind and accommodating. The views from the balcony were amazing day and night and only £10 to taxi into the city.
Lovely breakfast and coffee, spotless accommodation would highly recommend.

I liked being very close to, but just outside city center/ old town. Easy drive to everything. Excellent quality locally sourced breakfast on the terrace. Kindest, nicest hostess I’ve ever met.
