Ubicación inmejorable
Pros:

La ubicación es increíble, frente a la playa y junto a todos los hoteles de Miami Beach

Cons:

La cortina de la ducha tenia moho y el ascensor no funciono en toda nuestra estancia.

Pasamos un mal momento de estrés con preocupación

Del alojamiento lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación que está cerca de la playa

El hotel en mal estado.
Cuándo llegue al lobby del hotel no había nadie tuvo que esperar por varios minutos la habitación que pagué no estaba lista recién estaban haciendo.
No funcionan los ascensores.

Tuvimos que subir por las escaleras de emergencia porque las escaleras del hotel estaban en mal estado.

Todos los pasadizos del Hotel olían a marihuana.

El baño del lobby del hotel cuando llegamos lo pedimos pero estaba malogrado. Nos cobraron adicional $50 en efectivo lo cual no estaba especificado en la aplicación y nos indicaron estacionar nuestro vehículo en su hotel lo cual ningún hotel cobra como adicional. Nos sentimos estafados y defraudados tanto con la aplicación de Booking la cual nunca volveré usar como con este hotel no deberían permitir ese tipo de hoteles en mal estado y con poco profesionalismo que estén ofreciendo sus servicios dentro de esta aplicación

Atenção dos atendentes

Cons:

Pessoas usando drogas na frente do hotel, entrada ao lado com aparência de lugar abandonado. Lia do banheiro vazando muita água inundando o piso, ducha do box fraca.
