Tolles Hotel für einen entspannten Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit grossem Pool für einen Kurzurlaub. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit Gartenblick und direktem Zugang zum Pool, inkl. Schatten ab ca. 15:00 Uhr. Sehr freundliches und aufgestelltes Personal, bei welchem wir unsere Wünsche und Anliegen platzieren konnten. Zimmer und ganze Anlage sehr sauber. Trotz Flughafennähe kein Fluglärm. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Preise im Restaurant auf Schweizer Niveau. Aber ansonsten alles tipptopp.

Pros:

Otelin çok yakınında otobüs ana durak var ve merkeze tek bir otobüs ile rahatlıkla inebiliyorsunuz. Otobüs için bilet almanıza gerek yok, otobüslerin içinde kredi kartı ile bilet alma imkanı var. Ayrıca otelin çevresinde Jumbo, Ldl Market ve 2 alış veriş merkezi var. Havuz çok güzel. Çalışalar çok kibar.

Pros:

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, fanatastischer Service. Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und auch das Restaurant des Hotels hat eine hervorragende Auswahl an Gerichten. Das Hotel liegt trotz relativer Nähe zum Flughafen sehr ruhig und mit einer kurzen Fahrt (ca. 20 min.) erreicht man die Innenstadt. Definitive Empfehlung.

Прекрасен хотел, ако не търсите спа услуги
Pros:

Хубава закуска /има дори безглутенови храни и ядкови мляка/, голям и чист басейн, стаите са приятни, големи и чисти, локацията е хубава. Паркингът е удобен и голям. Рум сервизът и храната са прекрасни. Персоналът е отзивчив и всички са мили и усмихнати. Всичко беше хубаво, освен спа центърът.

Cons:

Спа центърът за жени и мъже е отделно, което не е удобно, ако сте двойка. Парната баня не работеше през целия престой, температурата на джакузито и сауната беше много ниска и не вършеха работа / трябваше няколко пъти да моля да ми пуснат сауната и да чакам да загрее/. Вътрешният басейн - водата не беше топла, но беше чиста. Масажистките не владеят релаксиращ масаж, но за дълбокотъканен са добри. Не бих казала,че качеството отговаря на цената на масажите. Общо взето качеството на спа услугите беше много различно от всичко останало в хотела.

Disappointing experience – far from a 5-star standard
Pros:

Food was fine, and the staff at the restaurant great.

Cons:

This property is definitely not a 5-star hotel, and the quality of the services provided was well below average.
The cleanliness of the room was a complete disaster. Furthermore, my expectations of a "suite" are entirely different from what we were given—the accommodation lacked the space, comfort, and premium feel it should have. To make matters worse, coffee was completely missing in one of the rooms.
The overall service was incredibly slow, but the biggest issue was the front desk. The reception staff was remarkably rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. For a hotel operating in this price range, this level of service is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place.
