Disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness
Pros:

The only positive was thing was a thoughtful Easter gesture — since my stay was during the holiday, they left a braided bread with a “Happy Easter” note, which I appreciated.

Cons:

I stayed at Novotel Athens and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

Cleanliness was a major issue throughout my stay. The room did not feel clean at all — I found hair in the bathroom from previous guests, and the bed sheets had stains that made me extremely uncomfortable. It honestly made the whole stay feel unpleasant.

The breakfast area was not any better. The floor was sticky and visibly dirty, which completely took away my appetite. It didn’t feel like a place where you’d want to start your day.

I also didn’t like the location of the property, as I didn’t feel safe in the surrounding area.

Overall, I would not recommend this place.

Resepsiyon anısı nedeniyle tekrar gitmem.

Temizlik iyi değil, resepsiyon uzman değil. Odada unuttuğum büyük karton alışveriş çantasını yarım saat sonra almak için döndük ancak houskeepingi arayıp bulmaları çok zor oldu, ısrar ve inatla uzun süre beklettiler , aşırı tepki vermesek bulamadık diyebilirlerdi izlenimi edindik, dört yıldızlı otele yakışmadı.

Hotel ok ale okolica ...
Pros:

Hotel wszystko w porządku, śniadania każdy znajdzie coś dla. Zjazd do parkingu małym autem serpentyna wąska.

Cons:

Okolica nie stety nie ciekawa. Dojście do Akropolu google prowadzi przez 2 najgorsze ronda wymieniane jako omijać, po zmroku nie mieliśmy odwagi nadrabialismy trasę. Pełno bezdomnych po drodze i Pań lekkich obyczajów.

Would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

This is a fairly poor quality Novotel in a very run down neighbourhood.

Cons:

Building needs a revamp - seems like it’s not been revamped since the late 80’s.

No option for air con - it’s not switched on until mid May.
