Pros:

The location and the comfiness

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas personnelle,pas d’accueil! Nous avons dû sortir de l’établissement et parler à la dame qui vendait des gâteaux pour récupérer notre clé ! Pas de Check in! Zéro vérification on a eu l’impression de loger dans un lieu abandonné ! Très mauvais service ! Je ne conseille à personne d’y séjourner !

PUR CAUCHEMAR ! FUYEZ ABSOLUMENT !

Nous nous sommes retrouvés À LA RUE DÈS NOTRE ARRIVÉE, car personne ne nous a jamais reçu !
La clé sur la porte de la baie vitrée ne fermait pas (barillet cassé), le coffre fort était détruit, tout semblait abandonné (les photos ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité d'aujourd'hui).
La salle de bain était inutilisable !
Lavabo qui était descellé et prêt à tomber...
Serviettes douteuses
Des cheveux dans le lavabo et au sol...
Abattant des WC vieux et moisi !
Eau froide uniquement et évacuation de l'eau du syphon bouchée.
Poubelle de salle de bain cassée et toute rouillée.
Impossible de brancher la bouilloire (prise inadaptée)... Éclairage intérieur et extérieur défectueux ou inexistant !
Bouts de verre dans le placard de la cuisine...
Un brûleur de la plaque de cuisson avait disparu !
Il n'y avait aucun étendoir, ni articles de toilette comme mentionné dans l'annonce...
Rideaux sales et tachés...
Je ne parle même pas du manque d'hygiène et de problèmes techniques liés au logement
Bref... UN ENFER !!!!! Et plus aucun logement disponible à cette période...
Nous n'avons jamais réussi à joindre le propriétaire, ni la femme de ménage (ils n'ont JAMAIS répondu à nos appels ni à tous nos messages...).

Cons:

0/10 !!!!
Absolument impossible de rester dans un logement avec la porte cassée, le coffre fort détruit et tous les arguments cités plus haut...
Et surtout le comble du comble...
Aucune assistance de Booking non plus !!!
UNE HONTE !!!!
Malgré plusieurs messages écrits...
Jamais de réponse à notre situation d'urgence.

Fantastic view and area but it really need renovation
Pros:

We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind.

Cons:

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

Wir sind kurz nach Check In abgereist, da unbewohnbar
Pros:

Ich will nicht übertreiben, aber ich kann nichts gutes sagen wir können von Glück reden, dass uns diese Unterkunft nicht traumatisiert hat. Wir sind am selben Tag noch weg und konnten da nicht übernachten. Mrs. Meera die zuständige Person ist nie erreichbar und von Sauberkeit brauchen wir nicht zu sprechen. Haare auf dem Bett, Eidechsenkot an Wänden, dreckiger Kühlschrank und dreckige Küchenutensilien. Und vieles mehr!

Cons:

Alles Katastrophe!!! Nicht buchen, wenn ihr eure Gesundheit schätzt.

Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait!! Superbe vue sur la côte de Trou d’eau douce et à 1 min à pied dur quaie pour les sorties bateau. Pas mal de resto, snacks à proximité. Quartier tres animé tous les jours.

Cons:

La kitchenette pourrait être mieux équipée et entrenue et la luminosité de la chambre, kitchenette et terrace devraient être revue.

Quiet and pleasant place but need some maintenance for guest comfort.
Pros:

Rapid access. Staff respond quickly on phone. Sea view. Locality people very friendly.

Cons:

No breakfast and no pool chair to chill around the pool.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour la vue et la proximité mais manque d’hygiène
Pros:

Bonne proximité (sur le port départ île aux cerf), vue magnifique sur le lagon, spacieux et lit très confortable

Cons:

Manque d’hygiène (coup de balais, présence d’humidité dans toutes les pièces et les palacards = odeur non agréable, cuvette des toilettes à changer)

L’appartement a servi de dortoir plus qu’autre chose.
Pros:

L’emplacement proche de la mer, cours privé avec parking

Cons:

L’état négliger de l’appartement, présence de gros lézards et cafards, pas de wifi contrairement à ce qui était indiqué, pas de prise française pour nos appareils et piscine pas entretenue.

Bad experience, photos on website not relevant at all

No wifi and no bbq facilities even if these are mentioned on the site before booking, many bulbs do not light up, the room and terrace are quite dim, water leaking in toilets, toilets are disgusting, mould in the room, sharp screw ends coming out of bed which hurt me, shower head leaking with half water supply coming out before it reaches shower head, many stray dogs and hens so expect poop everywhere outside. Kitchen drawers disgusting with dead cockroaches and poop, ac not strong enough, tv functional but no channels available, cigarette burns on bed sheets and sofa, many stains on sofa, safe not functional, curtain rod hanging. No one available on site to help out. Kitchen very dirty with oil/ grease stains on walls, pool dirty
