There was nothing to like the accomodation, staff, facilities and location was poor.
I was travelling with my parents senior citizens age 63 and 69. I initially booked Songshan becuase the photos on bookingcom were promising, we arrived at around 3pm to check in on July 31 and sad to say the building and accomodation itself were very disappointing. When we got to our room it was very small and the AC was not turned on yet so we turned it on and the lady who was at the desk on the floor scolded us for turning it on and setting it at 20, because we were dragging our luggages from the bus stop and walked for 300meters to get to the hotel we were exhausted and it was very hot so we needed the cool AC, especially for my parents to avoid them getting high blood pressure. It was a little of over 30 minutes to an hour and the AC was still not cooling the very small room aside from that I brought my laptop down to the lobby in order to connect to internet as the wifi on the floor we were in was very poor and did not reach the room we were in. This was my last straw as I was travelling with work online plus the comfor for my senior parents was not promising i decided to cancel our booking and pay the cancellation fee instead of staying there painfully.

雖然是舊飯店，但是停車方便，早餐是熱炒簡單好吃。房間乾淨合宜，假日性價比高的飯店。服務態度好，只是大廳較狹窄，住宿房間還不錯！

除了地點位於高雄市區及住宿便宜外，真的沒有其他推薦的地方！！
飯店老舊（尤其冷氣不冷，早上還會傳來菸味！），停車場的老大哥態度消極且年紀偏大，重點是停車還要把車鑰匙要給他，然後隨時幫你移車，說不怕真的是騙人的！！最看不慣與不滿意的是廚房阿姨，整個一個態度超差，我們從10樓搭電梯下樓時（老舊電梯不大，我們還站了4個成人），電梯中途停下，她從6樓要搭下樓，重點是她還推了一台類似餐車的東西，然後什麼都沒說都直接推車進電梯，還差點壓到我的腳，我真的不曉得這個飯店是有在尊重與保護客人嗎？？？
