Comfortable and relaxed staying
Pros:

Nice and supportive staff, hotel is clean and bed comfortable. There is a parking near the hotel, botanical garden is in front of the hotel, a good bakery with quality burek is up on the corner.

Good location and cleanliness, but too many issues and differences from what was advertised
Pros:

• Good location in a quiet area, close to a park and public transport
• The room was clean
• Breakfast was included
• The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance

Cons:

• The room did not have the safe or minibar that were listed on Booking.com, even though these were important factors for me when choosing the hotel. I was offered another room, but only for an additional charge
• There was a kettle in the room, but not even basic cutlery such as teaspoons
• The hotel has self check-in, while the reception is located at a different entrance and closes quite early
• The free airport transfer I booked through Booking.com never arrived. My flight was delayed, and I informed both the driver and the dispatcher, but they completely ignored my messages. Neither of them replied that evening or even the following day
• Breakfast included only one cup of coffee as a drink. I had to pay extra for a second one
• During check-in, I was asked to provide a scan of the passport of the person whose bank card had been used to pay for the booking, even though I was the guest staying at the hotel. They did not want to check me in without it
• The room was quite small and dark
• There is an inconvenient and potentially dangerous step inside the room. There is no light when you first enter, so the step is very difficult to see. As an older guest, I found this especially difficult and unsafe

Nice distance from city center. Cute room names. Botanical garden across street
Pros:

Very close to city center. We almost always were exploring city by foot except couple of times going back by public transport
Room was nice, enough places to store clothes, nice bed/bathroom
We didn’t have any meals included, so can’t share the opinion on food

Cons:

I would say that soundproofing between the rooms is not that great, you could hear your neighbors, especially if they were teenagers :)

Recommend!
Pros:

Clean, cozy place, very friendly stuff (apart of one of the waitresses who was really mean to us), good location. The room was cleaned/towels changed every day. The parking needs to be pre-booked in advance and paid extra but it was at a secure location, next to the hotel with 24/7 security.

Cons:

The only downside for us was that there was no balcony and as smokers it felt inconvenient to go out every time we wanted to smoke. But if you don`t smoke or you can survive without then there is no issue! :)

Nema čišćenje?!
Pros:

Soba je bilq čista i uredna, nameštaj nov, kreveti udobni.

Cons:

Nije nam očišćena soba, ni promenjeni peškiri, iako smo na vratima sobe okačili znak za čišćenje. Pri tome u sobi nismo bili od 9.30 do 14h, pa od 16.30 do ponoći. To je sramotno. Takođe osoblje je nemoguće naći posle 18h.
