Perfekter Ort zum Ankommen und Ausflüge starten!
Pros:

Großes, sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, Dusche mit gutem Druck. Freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit und nicht "profitorientiert". Sind uns beim check out mit 30 extra-Minuten entgegengekommen und haben uns bei verschiedenen organisatorischen Dingen unterstützt.
Ja, das Hotel liegt nicht am Strand, aber es hat die perfekte Lage um nach dem Flug anzukommen und Ausflüge in und um Cancun zu machen!

Cons:

Der Fön war wenig leistungsstark und wie überall fehlen ausreichend Haken um Handtücher, Kulturbeutel usw. aufzuhängen - das ist aber wirklich Meckern auch höchstem Niveau!

Excelente ubicación , muy limpio, habitaciones grandes y cómodas, todo funciona a la perfección, si bien no tiene desayuno ofrecen café, leche , cereales, jugos y facturas gratuitos como amenities todos los días. Rodeado de pocos pero buenos restaurantes , cerca del shopping y del mercado 28. Excelente atención.

Cons:

Le faltaría un frigobar en la habitación.
Me habían asignado una habitación que daba a la avenida y al ser muy ruidosa, ante mi reclamo al día siguiente me cambiaron por otra con vista a la pileta.
