Čistota, vstřícný personál,jídlo...Klid..

Cons:

Při velmi teplém počasí (až 40 stupňů C),bych uvítala alespoň větráky na pokoji,když nemá hotel klimatizací.

Pros:

Na lokalitu nadstandardní ubytování. Je v krásné přírodě, nabízí wellness včetně možnosti masáží, snídaně výtečné a nápadité. V restauraci vaří zajímavou moderní kuchyni, velmi nám chutnalo. Na pokoji dostatek úložného prostoru.

Cons:

Zařízení není úplně nejmodernější, v koupelně rozbité vyklající se kachličky na zemi apod., tam by mohl být prostor ke zlepšení.

The place where the hotel stands is wonderful. The views are great and the facilities are ok. For a family stay, this was great.

Příjemný a vstřícný personál, klidné místo hotelu. Fotky hotelu jako z pohádky, realita trochu jiná.

Cons:

Celkové služby neodpovídaly kategorii hotelu 4 hvězdy. Večeře musela být objednána nejdéle do 19 hodin, na pokoji žádná voda, suroviny na snídani té nejlevnější kategorie, džus a voda z automatu, pouze 2 druhy pečiva. Čistota rohů sprchového koutu diskutabilní.

Quiet and relaxing
Pros:

Very good restaurant, nice views, kind and helpful staff. Spa area is very small, gym needs maintenance. If you want massage - book well in advance.
