Pros:

Compartimentarea spațiului, liniște, aproape de plajă, taverne, magazin

Cons:

E prima locație unde a fost nevoie să dăm cu mopul după duș
Șampon/gel de duș am avut în prima zi, după care eram nevoită să le cer mereu (dar nu în fiecare zi aveam de la cine le cere)
Prima zi nu lucra canalizarea la duș, la cererea noastră a fost remediată problema
În curte este un mic teren de joacă, mese, scaune la care te poți odihni seara, dar nu am putut profita de acest beneficiu din cauza că erau mereu ude (din timpul udării gazonului)
