Pros:

First of all I like the stuff, they were very helpful and friendly, than i like the location of the Prince rooftop, its very close to everything . You can by walk very quickly be in the street of very much coffee shops and restaurants. Than the room was perfectly clean 🧼 and smeel so good.

The best you can get for you money at the epicenter of Belgrade
Pros:

First of all, Pamela goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome (and I can only hope her salary reflects her efforts). Then, you can't go more central in Belgrade, plus the rooftop terrace gives you a wonderful bird's view on the city. Regarding the room, all worked well (clean, great shower, bed and plenty of coffee and pillows, and the heating is good). Definitely one of my best stays in Belgrade ever.

Cons:

Everything was great.
If the hotel was mine, I'd invest in removing limescale from the shower as the stream can be a bit rough, but that may be just me.

This hotel is a joke. It can’t be 4 stars. The pretty photos you see here do not correspond to the reality!

First of all, the elevator doesn’t go all the way up so you are on your own with heavy luggage between 8th and 9th floor. They did offer to ask the doorman to help me, but when I was coming back at 5am I didn’t have any help and my luggage was 27kg.

Secondly, the room was very dirty — extremely stained walls and filthy carpet, dirty window, dated furniture, etc. it seemed like only the bedsheets and towels were clean (thanks god)

I had a DELUXE double room but there was nothing deluxe about it and it was not even double - they put 2 single beds together. Hardly enough space to open the suitcase, awful view of ruined buildings and lots of noise from the outside (from AC or other machines) so it’s impossible to keep the window open. Also sewage smell was coming out my bathroom from time to time.

There’s no 24/7 Reception (in 3 days I only twice saw someone there) and while the check in was fairly simple, if you have an emergency situation in the night (as I did) they won’t pick up their phone and will text you 12h later to ask if everything is ok. Very disappointing treatment of clients.

A good hotel, great location and would stay again.
Pros:

The location was perfect and central to everything, helped with booking a taxi back to the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It’s not a dislike as such but the hotel can be a little difficult to find on arrival.
