Pros:

Wir hatten das DeLuxe Zimmer mit Balkon! Super Lage mit Blick auf die Tepla und den Kolonaden! Frühstück,alles was man braucht und der Kaffee war Klasse! 🤩 Besonders hat uns das Hauseigene Restaurant gefallen...man konnte draußen sitzen und das leckere Essen genießen! Besonders wenn man von so einer netten ( lustigen) kompetenten Kellnerin wir Mirka es war ( ist ) bedient wurde! Wir können das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen 👍🥰

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage
Pros:

Schöne Unterkunft aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gutes Frühstück, super Lage.

Cons:

Extra Kosten für Parken sehr hoch, Parkplatz weit weg. Personal zum Teil nicht sehr freundlich.

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende in Karlovy Vary verbracht und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine Top-Lage, mitten im Zentrum zwischen schön restaurierten Häusern, vielen Restaurants. Das hoteleigene Restaurant hat einen schönen Außenbereich, in dem man an lauen Abenden gemütlich sitzen und den Tag ausklingen lassen kann. Das Hotel ist mit zahlreichen Antiquitäten dekoriert, also recht romantisch.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hotels in der Nähe der Lüftungsanlage. Wir konnten nicht bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Der bereit gestellte Ventilator brachte kaum Abkühlung (wir hatten tagsüber Außentemperaturen von 30 Grad).
Das Hotel hat nur begrenzte Parkplätze, die nur über eine steile Straße zu erreichen sind.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in einem kleinen feinen Hotel in bester Lage.
Pros:

Frühstück war super und die Lage ist bestens,alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist etwas kompliziert.

Soggiorno assolutamente piacevole hotel corrispondente alle aspettative
Pros:

Colazione completa forse migliorabile in varietà ma comunque tutto buono e ben preparato. Posizione eccellente.

Cons:

Non ho usufruito dei servizi spa per cui non so dire, il mancato rifacimento della stanza; tutto il resto è stato assolutamente ottimo

Great location in an historical house, nice staff and a wonderful breakfast

Cons:

The view from our room was on a rock wall and inner court and therefore pretty dark. The beds were seperate and far away from each other. It would have been nice to know, how to book a parking space in advance.
