Karlsbad ja, - aber nicht in dieser Unterkunft.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Mitten im Zentrum des Bäderquartieres. Das Zimmer war ok. Karlsbad ist eine schöne Stadt, die einiges zu bieten hat, - auch wenn der Glanz vergangener Jahre etwas verblasst ist. Das Personal der Rezeption, vom Zimmerservice und im Restaurant war freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Vielen Dank dafür!

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war langweilig. Frisches Obst gab es gar nicht, - von schrumpligen Äpfeln und geachtelten (!) angetrockneten Orangen mit Schale, abgesehen (Gab es nur am Wochenende). Das Kaffeeangebot war ansprechend. Die "Wellnessangebote" waren eigentlich gar keine. Wir haben uns einmal eine Ganzkörpermassage gegönnt. Die Therapeutin hat ihr Programm ziemlich lustlos abgespult. Wiederholungsgefahr bestand nicht.

Dvě rezervace na jeden pokoj není dobrá vizitka hotelu

Hotel na pěkném místě, personál velmi milý a ochotný, tím ale pozitiva asi končí

Cons:

Myslela jsem, že už se to nestává, ale vyvedli mě z omylu. Měli jsme objednaný apartmán a po příjezdu do hotelu nám usměvavá recepční předala karty od pokoje a jednalo se o normální pokoj, nikoli apartmán, který je na fotkách u rezervace. Situaci jsem řešila na recepci. Bylo nám řečeno, že apartmán mají obsazený a jak se to mohlo stát netuší. Že prostě apartmán prodali 2x. První reakce byla že to je vlastně lepší pokoj (jasně je o 3tis levnější než apartmán, je to jedna místnost, ale je lepší) a když jsme trvali na řešení byla nabídnuta kompenzace tím, že nebudeme muset platit za psa (500kč). Po zavolání paní majitelky prve nabídnuto vyplacení rozdílu cen a večeře na omluvu. Souhlasili jsme, ač tedy neradi, protože jsme cestovali se psem a chtěli dvě místnosti. Po vybalení věcí na pokoji paní majitelka klepala že nám nakonec apartmán uvolní, ať nikam nechodíme a počkáme na pokoji než se uklidí ten apartmán. Po hodině čekání na pokoji se nic nedělo, na recepci řekli že to bude trvat ještě 30minut. Nakonec tedy vyřešeno ponecháním kufrů a pozdějším vyřešením karet atd. Pokoje jsou poměrně hezké a když pomineme ledničku tak i čisté. Zbytek pobytu byl již ok. Snídaně velmi skromná, ale je to malý hotel takže pochopitelné.

Schlafen wie der Zar von Russland.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt. Der Wellnessbereich war super gut, gepflegt einfach schön. Die Massagen konnten kurzfristig gebucht werden, einfach perfekt. Das Hotel ist schön ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bequem, der Ausblick aus dem Hotel ist traumhaft. Das Frühstück ist ausbaubar.

Cons:

Bei der Abfahrt war nur eine Barzahlung möglich.
