War insgesamt alles sehr enttäuschend und hat leider nichts gepasst und es hat uns nicht gefallen

Cons:

Die Unterkunft hatte keinen Parkplatz. Es war sehr klein. Es wurde uns angeblich ein Upgrade gegeben. Es war aber eher ein Downgrade. Es haben sehr viele Sachen gefehlt. Seife für das Geschirr oder Shampoo allgemein oder wenig Handtücher. Es hat an einiges gefehlt, so dass wir da nicht uns selber verpflegen konnten. Zudem haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen, was direkt an der Hauptstraße war und wo direkt gegenüber ein Restaurant war, so dass wir kaum Privatsphäre hatten und nicht zum Balkon konnten. Dieses Zimmer war von uns aus nicht gebucht. Wir mussten alle Gardinen zumachen, um zu duschen, weil sonst uns von jeder Seite aus uns gesehen werden konnten. Und das Zimmer war allgemein sehr dunkel. Auch das Wasser war leider sehr schmutzig, so dass wir immer selber Wasser kaufen mussten, um zum Beispiel die Zähne zu putzen oder um zu kochen.

The location and the room were perfect, we even got a free upgrade🩷! You’ll stay in a cute place with nice restaurants and Hersonissos is close by. For those wondering about parking, you can park just 5 minutes away and walk to the apartment!

Pros:

Excellent apartments, ideal for those who plan to spend their days at the beach or a public pool. Perfect for nightlife, a short stroll away from the heart of Koutoloufari. Rooms are very modern and have everything you need.

Cons:

The only thing that was missing was a pool - but it's impossible to have one with the location of this property so completely understandable.

Schöne Zimmer, Preis-Leistung super
Pros:

- freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Gastgeber
- modernes, sauberes Zimmer
- ebenerdige Dusche
- kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank
- Fliegengitter an den Fenstern
- einfacher Check-in/out mit Schlüsselbox
- Preis-Leistung super
- Handtücher wurden während unseres Aufenthalts einmal ausgetauscht und das Bett frisch bezogen

Cons:

In naher Umgebung befinden sich einige Restaurants, die von morgens an und bis spät in die Nacht Musik spielen. Besonders den Besitzer des gegenüber liegenden Restaurants kann man bei seiner lautstarken Kundenakquise hören. Bei leichtem Schlaf kann es also durchaus sein, dass man von diesem geweckt wird. Auch der Balkon ist durch auf der Straße flanierende Menschen einsehbar, zusätzlich steht bereits erwähnter Besitzer des Restaurants gegenüber oft so, dass er genau auf den Balkon blickt. Ich würde deshalb empfehlen, ein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken zu buchen. Im großen und Ganzen ist es allerdings schon aushaltbar.

Auch gibt es leider nicht so viele Handtuchhaken oder Möglichkeiten, nasse Kleidung/Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Pros:

Le lieu est très propre et confortable. Rien à dire.

Cons:

Seuls points négatifs : manque un peu d'équipement en cuisine (éponge, torchon pour faire la vaisselle, passoire)
Et la rue est bruyante jusque 2-3h du matin presque tous les jours, cela dit l'emplacement est génial donc c'est normal que ce soit bruyant et vivant.

Camera spațioasă, curata, dotată cu tot ai nevoie. Personalul foarte amabil și prompt (comunicarea a fost pe WhatsApp).Se face curățenie la interval de doua zile. Recomand !

The property is in an amazing location, right in the heart of the city with everything close by. The room itself was really nice and comfortable.

Cons:

It was very noisy at night, as the sound from the city and the stairwell echoed a lot. I had to sleep with headphones in to block out the noise.
