put everything in order
Pros:

The apartment has been beautifully renovated, and there are dishes, a stove, a coffee machine, and tea

Cons:

There's no soundproofing. If you're tired after a long drive, be prepared for someone to start banging furiously at 6 or 7 a.m., and you'll be able to hear people talking in the hallway and children screaming in the neighboring apartments. It's dirty in places, with large piles of uncollected dust near the bed. Also, if you're staying longer than 24 hours and plan to wash dishes, you'll be provided with detergent, but not a sponge. Being on the ground floor is also quite uncomfortable—if you don't close the blinds, passersby can peer into your windows. After the shower, you'll have to wipe the floors, since there's no insulation there. The website for registering for check-in wasn't working, so I had to email them. But that's the least of my problems.

Das Apartment ist barrierefrei und schön eingerichtet

Cons:

allerdings ist es die ganze Zeit trotz geschlossener Fenster sehr laut. Auch hört man jeden Schritt von oberhalb wie lautes Getrampel.

Na pokoji bylo vše co člověk na pár nocí potřebuje.

Cons:

Zmatek při přichodu. Klíč nevypadl z trezoru, bylo potřeba volat na podporu a čekat. Naštěsti to trvalo asi jenom 10 min.

Pros:

Design (z.B. Lichterkette an der Decke), Vorhänge, um Schlafraum und Bad zu trennen, Frühstück im Café gegenüber, Konzept aus leerstehenden Geschäften Zimmer zu bauen.

Cons:

Fehlende Möglichkeit zu lüften. Gerne 1/2 zusätzliche Kissen, da die vorhandenen sehr locker waren.

Bell'accoglienza al mercatino
Pros:

Bell'appartamento per due persone, ben organizzato, silenzioso e pulito, ottimo lo staff per il check-in e check-out. Vicinissimo alle fermate metro e bus, supermercato completo nelle vicinanze.

Cons:

Da italiano, le stoviglie e le pentole, poche...ed avrei messo delle luci più potenti, in cucina si vede pochissimo.

Großzügiges Zimmer, mit interssantem Setup
Pros:

Schöne Lage mitten an kleinem Marktplatz. Gemütliches Bett, großzügiges Duschbad, grosser Raum.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war in einem ehemaligen Ladenlokal, also grosse Schaufensterscheibe. Habe die Vorhänge daher zugelassen und Frischluft kommt, wenn ich nix übersehen habe nur rein, wenn man die Tür öffnet. Für eine Nacht und für den Preis aber kein Problem.

Pros:

Very clean! Equipment was awesome - big plus for the coffee machine;). The size of the apartment over expectations.
Convinient location - 5 min walk from subway station. 20 min walk to Shonbrun. 20 min to the city centre by public transport.
I would go there once again:)

Die Lage ist sehr zentral.
Nette Grußkarte mit Wasser am Zimmer.
Gute Beschreibung und Info vorab.

Cons:

Es gibt kein Fenster, das man öffnen kann.
Geräusche von irgendeinem Abzug in der Nacht - permanentes "Brummen".
Starker Staub unter dem Bett.
