Good value and good location is safe neighborhood
Pros:

Very spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Modern decoration and comfy bed. It's good value for money and in walking distance from many shops/restaurants. The underground is easy to locate if you want to go into Vienna. Early check in is available If you have a early flight which is helpful

Cons:

One issue with our room was the curtains were broke and didn't close so people could look into our bedroom. There wasn't alot of privacy because of that as we were on ground level and anyone walking past could see into the room. We had to use our bags to close the curtains as much as possible at the bottom. The floor was abit dusty and dirty when we arrived but we had been provided with slippers to wear around the apartment otherwise our feet would have been dirty without shoes on.

The room is renovated with modern touches

Cons:

The pictures don't represent the room itself but rather their largest apartment. There wasn't hot water for 2 days and the office didn't respond fast with resolution. On the 3rd day by chance we saw someone from the staff and reported the issue ans she was helpful to assist, then the hot water was turned on.
The pillows are extremely soft to the point my head was sinking in it and had to use the cushion from the chair to make it firm and get a sleep.

In general, unsual and wonderful experience. Feel like a local!
Pros:

Perfect location at the market with lots of local cafes with all types of cuisine. Perfect soundproof, we heard nothing at all. Special thanks for the coffee. Very good experience that we did not have to communicate with anyone, perfect for sociophobes like me

The showercabin is leaking, we had to be careful

Fancy and comfy
Pros:

It was way fancier than I had expected. Both a toilet and a bathroom was a new experience for me. Except of the bedrom with the kitchen area there was also a private hang out room. The bed was super comfy. I would have loved to spend more time in the room, but I had a lot of places that I've planned to visit in the city. I was visiting on my own, but it would have been a lovely place to stay with your loved one. At first I was worried that it was to far from the city centre, but it's just a 10 minuite walk to the U-bahn, which goes every 5th minuite.

Cons:

There was no frying pan in the kitchen and only a super big pot that would have been better to make a gulasch for 10 people, than to cook an egg for one person.
