Great stay
Pros:

Regan was very welcoming, all the staff in the resort is very nice and helpful.
The bed was very comfortable and the location is perfect with everything we need nearby (local supermarket, local restaurants, and also things for tourists if you need)
We have direct access to the sea to go snorkeling from the resort and all the facilities are great

Cons:

As the room faces the road it is a bit noisy at night, but all fine sleeping with earplugs

Great location and private beach
Pros:

This is an apartment owned by an extremely nice local man. He was there when we checked in and when we checked out. We had his WhatsApp number if there were any problems. He even helped me with a “Venmo-type” money transfer to pay for a package delivery.

Cons:

Nothing was bad about the property. There are three building that have similar room numbers, just make sure you go to the correct building. And the elevator display doesn’t correlate with the floor.

Pros:

Le propriétaire est super gentil et très attentif à vos besoins. La chambre est très bien équipée ( machine à laver, plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes….) et l’immeuble se situ à proximité de tout, restaurants, épiceries, boutiques souvenirs… vous pouvez tout faire à pied et la plage de l’hôtel est incroyable!! On reviendra !

Pros:

J’ai passé un séjour absolument incroyable. La chambre était très bien équipé, le propriétaire est réactif et disponible. Le Resort était un lieu calme avec plage privée et piscines. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherche un logement de qualité ! Merci encore pour cet excellent séjour.

Pros:

Great location, very nice appartment with everything that you need in it. Fantastic bed. The owner is a very nice and helpfull man. Everybody in the building is nice and friendly as well. The pool and privat beach is also more then good. For 100% sure that i will go back to this place.

Fabuleux !
Pros:

Tout était parfait, le propriétaire est à l' écoute et arrangeant, le lit king size est très confortable, l' appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien ! Le scandic est un super hôtel avec une plage magnifique et des grandes piscines. L' emplacement est juste parfait pour un séjour à Hurghada. Je conseille vraiment cet appartement !

Pros:

Das resort ist kein hotel sondern ein compound. Eine wohnanlage ohne wirkliche rezeption sondern mit security. Das gebäude ist riesig und einiges ist noch baustelle. Wobei ich keinenen baulärm hatte.
Es bietet 2 pools und privatstrand mit nem langen steg der ins meer reinragt.

Cons:

Leider hatte mein zimmer (mit balkon zur strasse) bis spät in die nacht (live) musik von der wirtschaft gegenüber. Ohrenstöpsel nicht vergessen! Weshalb sich die zimmer mit den nummern 500.... im stockwerk 3 befinden ist mir ein rätsel. Etwas verwirrend 😉😁

Pros:

Logement, très bien, très bien placé le propriétaire est très arrangeant et très clou. Ils ont pas eu de wi-fi, il a géré la wi-fi pour nous et même pour la sortie c’était 11h il nous a laissé jusqu’à 13 heures. Qualité prix est très bien. Le logement est très bien équipé. logement, équité aussi de serviette, c’est le plus.

Cons:

La seule chose qu’on commande pour Proprietaire, c’est de rajouter un ou deux rouleaux de papier toilette quand on reste plusieurs jours

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Le récif de corail au bout de la plage du même niveau que les sorties plongées sauf que là vous nagez seul au milieu des coraux
Les piscines très propres
L’appartement propre et le wifi
Le balcon avec la vue sur la mer au loin
Les commerces à proximité
Excellent rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Pas trop adapté pour 3 personnes plutôt pour 2
Un peu de bruit car le logement donne sur la rue mais comme partout en Égypte

Minden szuper volt. A szoba tágas, kényelmes, tiszta. Szuper helyen, közel a belvároshoz, de a közelben is minden megtalálható ami kell. A szállásadó is kedves és segítőkész.

Cons:

A bookingon fel lehetne tüntetni, hogy az edző teremre külön díjat kell fizetni.

Buen apartamento, mal anfitrión
Pros:

Un buen apartamento con todo lo necesario para poder estar allí unos días. Aunque nuestra terraza no diera a la piscina/playa, estaba muy bien. Tuvimos un problema con el router y nos lo solucionaron al momento. Las piscinas están muy cuidadas, quizás alguna hamaca más vendría bien para cuando hay bastante gente. A mi personalmente la playa no me gustó mucho, no está sucia y tiene hamacas suficientes, pero lo máximo que te cubre es por las rodillas y tiene bastantes algas pequeñas, eso hace también que a la tarde el agua esté muy muy caliente, por lo que si te quieres refrescar solo te queda la piscina. Si no te importa madrugar, el amanecer se ve increíble desde la playa.

Cons:

La calidad de la playa.
El anfitrión es un mal educado, llegamos al hotel incomunicados por que nos afecto el incendio de el Cairo, fuimos a recepción para ver si nos podían ayudar y dar la llave del apartamento, los recepcionistas muy agradables, pero el anfitrión me escribió enfadada diciéndonos a ver porque no leíamos los mensajes, y que nos estaban esperando desde el día anterior a las 12:00 cuando eso no era verdad, llegamos puntuales el día de la check-in. Y lo peor de todo, después de escribir la reseña del hotel, habiendo solo una nota que no era de 10, nos contacta para echarnos en cara haber porque no habíamos puesto mejor nota. En conclusión, una persona muy desagradecida.

Nice private beach
Pros:

The size of the room and location are good. The owner was very nice, even offered the taxi service to the station.
The private beach was a bonus.

Cons:

The room we booked was facing the street, very noisy the whole night.
The owner told us if we pay more money next time, we can have a room facing the beach.

Really nice experience
Pros:

Really nice experience, I was very satisfied. Clean all the time, staff are really nice (Ragen) was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful and I felt comfortable. Well kept grounds, cleanliness was exceptional and everything close to the hotel. Beautiful hotel, the staff are amazing and kind, large balcony and amazing view. Thank you for making our vacation perfect.

Pros:

Not finished hotel but the studio was great. Communication was not very good, wifi ran out after the first day, owner could not do anything about it.

Cons:

The apartment was awesome but loses point because of bad communication and not very clear instructions before arriving to the hotel. Cigarette butts everywhere, inside the hotel, on the stairs, on the beach.
