Lovely stay!! Can only recommend! 11 of 10!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay. Spotless clean with brand new furniture. Great location- directly on the beach!! 11 of 10! On top is Fotis and his family, who are doing everything in order to keep a pleasant stay. We felt like at home. Can’t wait to visit them next year again!!

Pros:

Стаите са нови и модерни. Почти на плажа, с частен паркинг. Домакините са много любезни, Фотис ни изчака след 18:00 ч., за да ни настани. Предоставят чадър и столове за плажа. Имаше бутилка вино и вода в хладилника, а на тръгване ни изпратиха с малки подаръчета. Винаги бяха на разположение за помощ.
The rooms are new and modern. Almost on the beach, with private parking. The hosts are very kind, Fotis waited for us after 6:00 PM to check us in. They provide an umbrella and chairs for the beach. There was a bottle of wine and water in the fridge, and on departure they sent us off with small gifts. They were always available to help.

Cons:

Препоръчвам да се сложат кафемашини в стаите. Наблизо няма отк къде да си купиш сутрин. На разстояние от повече от километър намерихме само едно заведение за хранене, в което ако не си резервирал предния ден, няма места. Плажът не е от най-добрите и лек компромис.
I recommend putting coffee makers in the rooms. There is no place nearby to buy coffee in the morning. At a distance of more than a kilometer we found only one restaurant, in which if you have not booked the day before, there are no seats. The beach is not the best and a slight compromise.

Beautiful location at few steps from the beach
Pros:

Family business great administrated. Location is spotlessly clean, with changing towels daily and cleaning the room. You have all you need for perfect beach vacation. All the ammenities are new. Owners provide also umbrellas and beach chairs to take away on the beach. And the beach is few steps away...just perfect beach vacation spot.
May I say that even they spoiled us with welcoming cold water and wine, and a nice gift at leaving.

Gastfreundschaft auf höchstem Niveau!
Pros:

Traumhafte Unterkunft! Fotis und das Sealuxe-Team haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt – und sogar mehr. Der Strand ist nur 1 Minute entfernt, die Lage ruhig und erholsam. Zum Abschied gab es sogar ein liebevolles Geschenk. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Great place for a nice vacation
Pros:

We liked the apartment very much, it is situated just a few steps from the beautiful beach. The sea view from the second floor room is amazing. It is a very clean place , the equipment is new. The rooms are big enough. There is a big balcony with sea view, as well. We would visit again!

Pros:

Denize sıfır, mükemmel konum, Bayan Maria ve Bay Fotis son derece ilgili, güler yüzlü ve günde birkaç kez isteğimiz olup olmadığını sordu, bilgiler verdi. Odalar herşeyi ile kusursuz ve son derece temiz. Plaj için katlanır sandalye ve şemsiye veriliyor. Check-out sırasındaki zarif jestleri ise işlerini ne kadar önemsediklerini gosteriyor.

Cons:

Bir sonra ki seyahatimizde yer bulamama endişesi :) Çünkü az oda var ve genelde yoğun oluyor..
