Absolutnie wszystko, gościnnosc na najwyzszym poziomie, troska o to abysmy sie czuli bardzo komfortowo. Profesjonalizm obslugi, ale w ciepłym wydaniu. Indywidualne podejscie do naszych potrzeb- podrozowalismy z dzieckiem- pokoj zostal przygotowany wczesniej, pomoc w organizacji czasu- dużo rekomendacji, dobre śniadania. Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do plaży, basen na dachu był wytchnieniem w upalne dni. Czysto, a nawet bardzo czysto, przez co bardzo duzy komfort pobytu.

Great staff and breakfast, disappointing noise in our apartment.
Pros:

Upon arrival we were upgraded to an apartment, which was nice. :) The staff was very nice and helpful and the apartment was overall clean. The breakfast was very good, much better than at a 5* hotel we stayed at in Kotor. Nicely done friend eggs, veggies, some really good options for a low carb breakfast.

Cons:

When we arrived, the dishwasher wasn't unloaded and the dishes weren't cleaned properly (there was still a capsule inside which hadn't opened properly). There was constant annoying hum/noise as if coming from the wall in our bedroom but it was heard everywhere in the apartment. We had to ask 3 times until it was finally successfully turned off for the night (and then it started again at 6:20 in the morning) - it was some kind of appliance from the kitchen. :( There was a confusing note on the corridor door informing about a whole day water shortage - it was without a date (it only said "tomorrow") and in the end it didn't apply to our stay at all.

Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness to the outstanding customer service. The rooms were cleaned daily and maintained to a very high standard. Both the hotel and the rooms were spotless at all times.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooftop swimming pool was fantastic and provided a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views.
We were also impressed by the excellent soundproofing, which ensured a quiet and comfortable atmosphere in the room. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation

Great, comfortable Hotel. Recommended.
Pros:

Very comfortable, clean Hotel. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast served in a nice restaurant with outside area (good selection of food). Room very clean and good size with good aircon and nice bathroom. Approx 10 min walk to beach, and bus stop. Around 25 walk to the Port.

Cons:

Quite a noisy location but we knew it was on the main road when we booked.
