Royal treatment, pristine facilities and great food.
Pros:

Super clean, royal ambience, you feel like royalty because the staff treats you like one. The food was delicious and to die for! Chef Suneel came out to greet at every meal and took our requests personally. Lillian ensured our stay was well cared for, anything we needed she was more than happy to help. The breakfasts were amazing, new theme each day and they went above and beyond for everything. I felt like I was in paradise! I would not stay anywhere else but here.

Cons:

There is nothing to not like. Everything is perfect.

Very relaxing 5 star stay in a beautiful, excellent hotel !
Pros:

Everything was excellent, from being greeted as we arrived to check in by Lilian, taken to a truly amazing room (one of the best rooms we have stayed in anywhere in the world), and then the food prepared by a great team led by Chef Suneel, who catered to my special food requirement superbly every day.
All the staff were fantastic and made us feel like honored guests - special mention to Stephen, Benson, James and Samba a in the bars and Ezekiel and Neema for meals service as well as Lilian and Chef Suneel.
Very professional team, very nice to see in a new hotel.
The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and constantly maintained.
Pools and beach fantastic!

Cons:

Hard to find anything wrong. Conditioner in the bathroom, and a small shop where we could buy beach essentials - sun protection and after Sun (we ran out) especially.
