מקום חבל על הזמן, השירות של אלונה יוצא דופן לכל בקשה היא שמחה לעזור, מלון חדשני ונקי והארוחת בוקר מהטובות שאכלנו באלבניה.

Chambre agréable
Pros:

L'hôtel est très joli et situé à proximité de bons restaurants. La chambre, très spacieuse est vraiment agréable et confortable, ainsi que bien décorée. Nous avons pu nous y garer facilement. Le petit déjeuner est assez complet même si pas des plus variés. La piscine était également agréable, et doit l'être encore plus quand le temps est un peu meilleur dehors.

Cons:

Nous avions pris la chambre avec Jacuzzi et avions hâte d'en profiter, mais celui-ci ne fonctionnait pas. Le personnel nous a dit qu'il était malheureusement capricieux et nous a dédommagé avec une réduction sur la chambre et un accès au sauna, ce qui a été apprécié.

Dejligt central til strand

Cons:

Fik dårligt værelse, følte vi boede i en mørk kælder, fik et andet lysere værelse , men tog et døgn.
En mærkelig måde med morgenmaden , sommetider brød men ingenting at putte på, ofte tomme fade og de blev ikke fyldt op igen

Nogle borde fik brød sat frem på deres bord , og spurgt om de havde lyst til andre former for æg eller andre ting . Vi måtte nøjes med det bare brød.

Δεν μας αρεσε απολύτως τίποτα!

Cons:

1) είχαμε κάνει κράτηση στην junior suite την οποία δεν την είδαμε ποτέ γιατί μας είπαν οτι είναι κλεισμένη.
Μίλησε ο άντρας μου που ξερει αλβανικα με την υπεύθυνη των δωματίων κ μας είπε οτι αυτό το δωμάτιο έχουμε κλείσει, αν θέλουμε αναβάθμιση θα πρέπει να πληρώσουμε παραπάνω.
Οι φωτογραφίες είναι ενδεικτικές. Κλείνεις δωμάτιο αλλά δεν σημαίνει οτι θα μείνεις σε αυτό το οποίο έχεις επιλέξει.
Πήγαμε σε αλλά δύο δωμάτια μέχρι να μας βάλουν σε αυτό το οποίο μείναμε εν τέλη κ υποτίθεται οτι είχαμε κλείσει,και στο ενα δωμάτιο μέσα εμένε κόσμος κ στο δεύτερο δεν το είχαν καθαρίσει.
* δεν υπάρχει συνεννόηση κ ενημέρωση μεταξύ του προσωπικού.
2) θέλαμε να κάνουμε μπάνιο κ δεν υπήρχαν πετσέτες γτ χάλασε το πλυντήριο όπως μας είπαν.
3) ποτέ δεν είναι κανένας στην υποδοχή.
4) πάνω στα σεντονια υπήρχαν τρίχες κ στο πάτωμα μικρα κομματάκια από μαρούλι.
5) από τις φωτογραφίες κ τα σχόλια φαινόταν καθαρό κ προσεγμένο αλλά δυστυχώς τίποτα από αυτά δεν ισχύει.
Ειναι ενα ξενοδοχείο το οποίο δεν θα το επιλέξουμε ποτέ ξανά.

Pros:

מלון קטן בלורה מול הים, קיבלנו סוויטה , ארוחת בוקר טובה, בהחלט ממליץ ותמורה טובה למחיר.

Cons:

המעלית לא מגיעה לסוויטה ולכן צריך להרים את המזוודות ביד, אבל זה לא קריטי

Fab hotel great value for money staff amazing
Pros:

The rooms are fabulous, very big and the bed was very comfortable
The staff are amazing. Thanks to all the staff who went to a lot of bother to locate an item I left behind, they truly went above and beyond their duty to find it and rang me when they did
I recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the area
They also have a lovely seaside beach area 15 mins away
It was all lovely
