Pros:

Die ruhige Lage am See, das nette Personal.

Cons:

Es gab die letzten zwei Tage kein Toast, nur noch einen Teller Obst für 2 Personen. Am letzten Tag wurde gar kein Obst serviert - Schade, denn das Personal war sehr gut.

Super efficient and superb service.
Pros:

An amazing stay with wonderful staff and view of Lake Victoria.
We got there at around 1 a.m., and it's amazing that we found two wonderful ladies and the chef waiting for us.
They helped us to our rooms and the chef made us dinner which was ready in less 20 minutes.

The rooms are quite spacious with comfortable beds. No complaints about cleanliness also.

Cons:

The location of the hotel is a bit challenging to drive through, especially if you are checking in at night.

The area is a little remote, but the facilites and the staff were extremly satisfying.
Pros:

It is a beautiful space; the lakefront and the staff were terrific. The manager, Samwel, and his team ensured we were well taken care of and happy. Our room was comfortable and they made sure we ate well, and the male chef was accommodating. Also, They arranged transportation around town and to and from the airport.

Cons:

The road around the hotel is rough and unpaved, but I'm not sure the hotel can do anything about that.

Excellent hotel in a somewhat remote location.
Pros:

Rooms are very comfortable, well appointed and quiet. Excellent washroom with hot shower and decent WIFI available in one’s room.
Breakfast was very good, with a nice range of options and served in a pleasant dining room.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is essentially located right on the shores of Lake Victoria, at a very scenic locale.

Cons:

My only issue with this hotel is its location, which is far from central Mwanza and getting to and from the hotel is slow going due to the poor state of the roads in the area. That said, for someone who is looking for a get away near Mwanza on the shores of Lake Victoria, the location can’t be beat.
