A disappointing stay in Tangier hotel
Pros:

Good location, right on the beach and a 1 km walk to the old town Medina/ casbah. Breakfast included plentiful but only a reasonable standard

Cons:

WIFI not working for 3 out of 4 days
No mini bar
Shower only ever got to luke warm
Nightclub close by with horns/shouting/engine revving at 4 a.m. each day I was there. Cannot sleep through even on high floor
Problems with the pre-authorisation process unresolved

Belle infrastructure. Dommage que le parcours client ne soit pas mieux processé.

Cons:

Arrivée tardive à l’hôtel (minuit) et le lit d’appoint n’était pas prêt malgré mon insistance lors de la réservation.
Il faut slalomer entre les voitures pour accéder à l’hôtel (cf photo).

Le temps pris pour faire les chambres
Le service lors du petit déjeuner

L’accueil du réceptionniste qui me dit que j’ai mal fait ma réservation, je lui dis donnez moi une chambre plus grande…mais non c’est complet !!!!

The cleanness of the hotel, bed really big and comfortable.

Tout s'est super bien passé accueil au top service chambre emplacement petit déjeuner service de voiture... De plus j'ai voulu organiser une surprise pour ma femme une décoration dans la chambre et cela a été fait à merveille je reviendrai les yeux fermés.
