Housekeeping- room cleanliness ok but could have been better plus not replenishing coffee and water daily

Très déçus par notre séjour. Le dîner était de qualité médiocre et manquait clairement de variété.
Nous avons également été particulièrement déçus par le comportement de M. Jaouad, responsable que nous avions demandé à rencontrer afin de régler un problème concernant notre réservation. À deux reprises, il n’a pas pris la peine de venir nous voir, ce qui nous a semblé très impoli et peu professionnel.
Par ailleurs, le service de housekeeping était effectué très tard, parfois au-delà de 16h, ce qui est loin d’être pratique pour les clients.
En résumé, une expérience décevante et un rapport qualité-prix très insuffisant. Nous nous attendions à un niveau de service nettement supérieur.

Séjour très décevant. Avant notre arrivée, nous avions demandé via Booking que le canapé-lit soit préparé, mais nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse à nos messages. Nous avons renouvelé la demande à la réception, qui nous a confirmé que cela serait fait, mais malheureusement personne n’est venu et le canapé-lit n’a jamais été préparé.
La chambre était également très modeste par rapport à ce que nous attendions au moment de la réservation. L’insonorisation est vraiment mauvaise : il est difficile d’y dormir tranquillement à cause des bruits.
Enfin, même les produits de base dans la salle de bain n’étaient pas disponibles : les distributeurs de savon étaient tout simplement vides.
Dans l’ensemble, le niveau de service et de confort était très loin de nos attentes.

I honestly don't know where to start. I spent 5 nights at this hotel and booked a Premium Room instead of the regular Deluxe Room because I expected it to be better. Little did I know I was far from right.

First of all, our room was on the first floor, right next to a side street and at the edge of the main street. I'm a light sleeper, and I couldn't sleep properly a single night. I would only manage to fall asleep around 4–5 AM, even though my normal bedtime is around midnight.

Because of the noise and lack of sleep, our whole schedule was ruined. We would wake up exhausted and late, which affected the plans we had made for our vacation. A lot of things had to be changed or rushed, and our plans simply didn't turn out the way we had hoped.

I complained at reception, but they told me the hotel was overbooked. Abderahman from reception said he would get back to me the next day, but he never did.

On top of that, the room itself was in very poor condition. For a Premium Room, it honestly felt more like a 2-star hotel. The wallpaper was coming off in several places and had stains from some kind of white substance in multiple areas. The keycard detector was also broken and looked really ugly, it almost looked like a regular keyhole rather than a keycard system.

The bathroom had its own problems. The sliding door only worked on one side; the other was detached from the frame and wouldn't slide. The bathroom also leaked whenever we showered, so we had to put a towel on the floor, which would get completely soaked. We had to ask for extra towels almost every day because of this. The bathroom wall was also cracked.

The body lotion provided was clearly very old. When I tried to use it, the oil had separated from the white substance and it looked like rotten milk. Needless to say, I didn't use it again.

The staff weren't particularly friendly either. The housekeeper was the exception, she was genuinely very nice and friendly.

Had a nice enough stay and would stay again. Really convenient, staff were on point and really attentive to the guests. The hotel is giving we have a great location so don’t really need try hard to stay popular vibes. Pool Facilities seemed a bit dated. The Pizza on room service was really poor.
