Le service ménage était exceptionnel.
L’hôtel était très propre, agréable et on s’y sent tout de suite bien.
Un immense merci à Kawtar, la femme de ménage, pour son travail irréprochable chaque jour. Tout était toujours impeccable, et sa gentillesse, son sourire et sa bienveillance font vraiment la différence.
Merci pour cet excellent service, je recommande sans hésiter !

Extremely disappointing stay and serious security concerns
Pros:

I chose this because of the NAFSA Global Summit, I attended as a Speaker and Board Member.

Cons:

I stayed at this hotel for six nights. While I initially overlooked several minor inconveniences, two major issues completely undermined my stay.

First, on all my nights, my room was located directly below the restaurant while I requested a nice deluxe room I booked for business purposes (I was a speaker at the Summit). From late evening onward and already early in the morning, it was impossible to sleep due to loud noise from staff activity, including moving chairs and kitchen operations. I contacted twice the front desk at around 23:40 on my last night, yet no action was taken and the noise continued. This level of disturbance and lack of response is unacceptable for a hotel of this category.

Second, and far more concerning, I discovered that a small amount of cash was taken from my wallet, which was inside my cross-body bag left in my room. This raises serious concerns about security and trust during the stay. It felt totally uncomfortable. Such an experience is simply unacceptable.

This was my first visit to Morocco, a country known for its hospitality. Unfortunately, this stay left a very negative impression, and that impression is now associated with this hotel.

I would not recommend this property, particularly for travelers who value security, professionalism, and responsive service.
