Very nice comfortable hotel with a fantastic front desk team! The pool area is great as well. Rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable.
The food in the restaurant and rooftop while plentiful did not seem fresh and the service in both restaurants was not great. It’s unfortunate as both the main floor restaurant and around the pool as well as the lovely views on the rooftop were very special. If only the restaurant staff were as attentive as those at the front desk.
The welcome and ongoing interaction with all staff was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable, the surrounding options for restaurants excellent.

- Generous check-in and check-out times;
- Staff pays attention to small details;
- Kid-friendly pool with enough space;
- Clean rooms and pool;
- Silent room (at least it was in our case).
- Rooftop bar opening hours is too late;
- Pool is not exclusively for hotel guests only;
- Rules at the pool (especially of jumping) frequently reminded by the staff, but not enforced. When looking at the reviews, seems this is an ongoing case for 2 years now;
- Air conditioner needs some practice to set properly. Get ready to wake up in the middle of the night, either feeling too hot or too cold;
- Coffee at breakfast is more like a tea;
- Some essential info like opening hours of the pool, rooftop bar, wi-fi connection details, etc. are not available in the room.

Sauberkeit is sehr gut und Personal bei der Rezeption sehr freundlich.
Gym ist sehr schlecht, klein, Geräte alt und kaputt. Früschtück hat auch keine große Optionen. Die standard Zimmer sind ziemlich klein (auch für Preis)

Very dated, sockets falling out of wall, shower and toilet bowl broken, dark dirty carpets. Needs some love too restore to former self.
