Limpeza e educação de todos os donos/funcionários do lugar.
Está localizado perto do aeroporto (20 minutos, sem trânsito), o que pode ser muito útil para o retorno, uma vez que o caótico trânsito de Lima, especialmente das áreas turísticas para lá pode te levar a perder o vôo.
Longe de todos os atrativos turísticos de Lima (+ de 1 hora de carro de aplicativo ou +1,5 hora de transporte público que é horrível!).

Good value for money, and we had a private bathroom and it was near the airport which is what we were after
A bit of a pain to get in and out, you have to ring a bell for reception to open, and despite trying to enter and exit during reasonable hours in the day (9:30am, lunch time), we often found ourselves waiting a while to be let in or out. this system seems to be set up because the area is quite dodgy, all convenience stores and pharmacies around you have to buy things through barricades

Het was prima voor wen overnachting.
We werden ‘s nachts ingesloten door wen ijzeren hek, dat we van binnenuit in nood niet zouden kunne openen. Als er brand uit zou breken konden we niet wegkomen. Dat heeft ons een angstig gevoel gegeven

Las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables, nos permitieron realizar el check out un poco más tarde debido a que llegamos de madrugada.
Las habitaciones que reservamos estaban en el 4to piso, lo cual fue un poco inconveniente porque viajamos con una adulta mayor.
I like owners. They are very kind and warm people. Also, I like this calm apartment, and the place is silent. Near the apartment is located the plaza mall and gyms that are very convenient for me. Thank you to Maria for everything. I love this cozy place

Great room, great hot showers, lovely hosts.
You need to ring a bell for the staff to open you the door to get out or in, so you don't feel free to get out at night... let's say if you want to smoke a cigarette... because you don't want to disturb people's sleep.
I liked the service n they were kind of people.
