Eu gostei de tudo, foi um dos melhores hotéis que eu já fiquei na vida! A localização é muito boa, a poucos passos do centro de fira e da estação de ônibus... o quarto tinha vista para a caldeira e o pôr-do-sol mais famoso de Santorini.

Excellent staff! The location was so central and the view was incredible. Breakfast was brought to the room so we could enjoy the view while we ate. Definitely stay here!

Υπέροχη θέα, η πιο κεντρική τοποθεσία των Φηρων, φιλικό προσωπικό, καθαρά δωμάτια , καλό πρόγευμα.

Location da sogno nel cuore di Thira, gentilezza e cura degli ospiti da parte di tutto lo staff, partendo da Ivet e finendo ai ragazzi che consegnavano la colazione. Attenti ad ogni esigenza, cambio asciugamani e pulizia giornaliera, suite dotata di cassetta di sicurezza, asse e ferro da stiro, frigo, spazio ampio, aria condizionata che non punta sul letto, letto comodissimo, privacy e aiuto per i bagagli considerando le numerose scale da fare (ma fa parte della bellezza del posto)
La nostra suite era la Phoebe, quella più in basso di tutte ma aveva una totale privacy, la piscina con vista sulla caldera una cosa meravigliosa, fresca di giorno e calda di sera!
La colazione servita sul terrazzo privato all'orario scelto da noi era sempre bella da vedere, buona ed abbondante

Overall, this was a disappointing stay, and I would not choose this hotel again.

First, be aware that the hotel is not directly accessible by taxi. You will be dropped off some distance away and should expect to drag your luggage uphill over steep pathways before eventually descending multiple flights of stairs built into the cliff to reach reception. This is admittedly a limitation shared by many hotels in this area, but it is something guests should know before booking—especially those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns.

Second, the jacuzzi was not functioning properly during our stay. When we raised the issue, we were told that it automatically shuts off because of "state regulations" and "no parties after 11 p.m." That explanation was difficult to accept, given that the neighboring restaurants and clubs continued playing loud music until around 2 a.m. If the jacuzzi has operational restrictions or maintenance issues, guests deserve a transparent explanation rather than an unconvincing one.

Another major drawback is the complete lack of privacy around the jacuzzi. It is positioned immediately next to a busy restaurant, where diners have a clear view of guests using it. My partner and I felt uncomfortable being watched while trying to relax, which completely defeated the purpose of booking a room with a private jacuzzi.

Finally, the breakfast was well below expectations. The selection was limited, the overall quality was poor, and hygiene standards appeared lacking. I even found a hair in my omelette (photo attached), which was unacceptable and left a very negative impression.

Given the access challenges, non-functional jacuzzi, lack of privacy, and disappointing breakfast, I do not believe this hotel offers good value for the price.

Η καταπληκτική θέα, οι χώροι πολύ άνετοι, η εξυπηρέτηση πολύ καλή, το τζακούζι πολύ ωραίο.

Everything was beyond expectations. The view of Caldera from my suite terrace was magical. The location was excellent very close to where a car can drop/pick up and steps from all the restaurants and shops. The room was very comfortable and the private hot tub was perfect for relaxation. Above all the staff was very friendly and eager to accommodate every need. Ivet at the reception is an extremely professional lady. Cannot recommend this property enough. 10/10
