Definitely not what we will consider again.
Pros:

Three Brothers is clean and quiet. Located directly on the harbor and the Main Street into and out of the town of Mandraki. The owner kept telling us that we had the biggest and nicest room in the hotel. His biggest priority was that we were convinced of this, and therefore be happy with our stay.

Cons:

When we arrived, the owner told us he runs an alternative hotel. He only offers breakfast when asked by guests to offer it, but seems keen to talk you out of it, if you ask for it. Dangling the carrot then taking it away. Also he did not mention about his non-official connection to Booking.com. You cannot pay via the platform. So we offered to pay by credit card, but then got weird about whether we had the right type of credit card. We had given him a valid d VISA card. In the end he gave us no choice but to pay cash. That ruined the stay for us.

Pros:

Amazing location, 2' on foot from the port, 5' from the all shops and restaurants in the coast of Mandraki.
Superb views to the port and the north, being able to see the Gyali island and Kos. Perfect to relax with coffee or playing tavli.
The hosts are helpful with everything you might need, food advice, beaches, times to visit sightseeing hotshots, etc.
Great motorcycle rentals, high quality and descently maintained, not so frequent in most greek islands.
Overall, highly recommended! Thank you 3 brothers.

Cons:

The fridge was too small and there was no kitchen in the room, but the nice balcony saved it.

Simplicity at its best
Pros:

The view (sea view room), the location, the friendly owners, the well maintained even though basic/simple rooms, the little fridge in the room, the balcony in the room and the common terrace.
