Pros:

首先給客人錯誤的位置指示，地圖及地方介紹都顯示北京路附近，但實際係琶洲，地點差很遠，性價比低，酒店日久失修，牆身有水漬及噏味，廁所門關唔到，床褥凹陷，電視機又壞，需要他們才開到，冷氣機唔夠凍，之前聯絡可否寄行李三次後才覆，總之唔好，以後唔會再住。
